I went to this store yesterday and the blonde that assist me first for getting the babaton sculpt knit sweetheart tube top doesnt seem to want to assist me she was so busy chewing her gum and doesnt pay attention to me at all her customer service sucks! She also passed me to a different girl in store to assist me and not even bother to tell it to me!. Ive never experience this service at all go any other aritzia stores this is the first time! I will never go back to that store anymore!!! She doesnt deserve to be there in the first place poor customer service!!

I’ve been going to this location for years for the great customer service, they must have gone under new management and all new staff because for a store that claims they value great customer service, it seems to have gone out the window. I understand if I were going to Chinook and expect this treatment because they’re bigger and busier, but the past 3 times I’ve gone the past 2 months, no one even greeted me or asked if I needed anything, I needed another size in the fitting room and I had to track someone down to grab it for me. I used to love coming here, will be going to the Chinook and market mall locations from now on.

The customer service is very poor, I’d say their online support is way better. The people in store just don’t seem to enjoy working there and don’t show empathy at all towards customers. Not even a smile. Very rigid and cold, like their store architecture unfortunately. I love their clothes but gosh do I dislike their culture and support behind the doors.

March 7th 2024- For this being such a huge store that prides themselves on quality products & exceptional customer service, I was shocked to see only one lady working the till checking out customers for the whole 15mins of being here. 10mins into my shopping experience another female employee was walking in from their break with food towards the back of the store and gave the most unnecessary sour face as she walked past me, hoping she saw there was more than just myself needing help she would make her way to the floor after 5mins I gave up hung up the items and left. Hoping this was just a one off experience as I’ve only ever had positive interactions and excellent service at their other many locations.

Went in on February 10th to get some socks for my girlfriend and was assisted by Pam. She was very friendly and incredibly helpful Really good experience compared to the Chinook location.

The girls working today were the biggest sweethearts. My mom and sister usually get stressed out when going to Aritzia but felt so welcomed and said this is the only location they would shop if they were alone. I spilt my coffee and felt so bad, the girls were so kind and helped get it cleaned up right away.

This store is like being in high school. They really need to do better with their customer service. Not one person greeted me or asked me if they could help me find something. Instead, three employees beside me talked rudely about other customers in the store. When returning an item the store manager had a attitude towards me. I will not be coming back into this store at this Location the staff are very unwelcoming.

My daughter and I were in on 9/29 and had the BEST experience. She’s very tall, has a hard time finding the right fit, and always needs to order tall pants (which most stores don’t keep in stock). The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to her needs, they were super friendly and supportive of everyone in the store. It was a pleasure to shop at this location and we will continue to look out for the staff that were so wonderful.

I always have the best shopping experience here! The staff go above and beyond to find options that you may like. I got a suit here and then chose to shop here first when I needed more quality pieces simply because I like the service I get. The quality of the clothes is top notch. I get compliments on the clothes I buy from here and feel good in the fabric all day.

I think the name of the lovely person that helped me was Hailey? She was absolutely amazing! Was super helpful running to grab better sizes for me to try on. She also helped me put an outfit together and was super kind!!!
