I'm really sick of being treated like a thief every time I step foot in this place. I don't appreciate being followed around by associates who pretend to want to assist me while looking thru my shopping bags and infants stroller. No one's wants to steal the piss poor product aritzia produces now days.

Eric and Grace were absolutely amazing! Grace was so kind and knowledgeable about the products. She helped elevate my style while making me feel confident and comfortable. Eric actually went to a different store to get the size of jeans I needed! Totally blown away by the service. Thanks guys!

I’ve never been treated so well while shopping before.
I’ve never shopped at Aritzia before. I don’t know why. Maybe because I’ve heard it’s expensive but maybe because their clothes in the window always seemed to be tailored towards thinner women so I assumed it wasn’t my store to shop in. I’m 4 months postpartum and have spent the last few weeks trying to find clothes that make me feel good in my new body. Most trips to AE, the Gap, etc left me feeling overwhelmed and borderline crying. Nothing seemed to look good on me anywhere I went. My husband suggested Aritzia while we passed it in the mall so I gave it a shot. I found a dress to try on and was blown away by their dressing room. Couches, complimentary coffee, stylists who will actually suggest items for you to try on!
Kenny asked if he could pull a few items he knew would look good on me and every single thing he pulled was amazing. After weeks of disappointment at what seems to be every other clothing store, I’ve finally found clothes that look good and make me feel beautiful. But more importantly, Kenny made me feel beautiful. He was so positive, caring, and knew exactly what my body needed.
I feel like a new woman and have found my new favourite store. Thank you Kenny for everything. You will see me again <3

Bad service, too loud. Return policy does NOT refund to original payment method and only refunds on gift card. I will not purchase gifts from there again

Absolutely catty, high pressure sales as if you care what the so called CSRs think of your refusal to pay ridiculous prices for their sweatshop clothing.
The 5 star reviews are so laughable. That must be what the company pays their rude, useless sales people to do to keep their jobs because no shoppers are rushing home to rave about that place, I can guarantee you. I’d give zero stars but alas…it’s not an option.

Returned some items today. Was asked multiple times in my extremely short visit if I wanted to exchange after I clearly said return. So sick of aritzia’s antics. Will not be back. Also, what’s with the vanity sizing still being considered acceptable? 2004 was 20 years ago!

i was there with a friend today. we were looking at tops to buy when all of a sudden, this “employee” (around 5’4”, light-skinned woman, curly hair in a bun) came from behind and said “EXCUSE ME.” in a very rude, condescending, disgusting, irritating manner. she could’ve went around, there was no one around us and she probably thought we were poor people walking around and she wanted us to move as if she was High n Mighty like the dead queen. she needs to remember that she isn’t a billionaire but an employee, so her customer service act needs to be checked by a supervisor IMMEDIATELY. the way she barked at us caused us to drop everything and leave. just because you sell expensive clothing doesn’t mean you have to act like only a few can purchase them and act like regular shoppers are stupid and in your way. this is why you have 3 stars, cuz u got some rude employees.

I had a PSA with Josh at this location. And he was extremely nice and accommodating. He even got us drinks from the cafe! He is a standout employee and helped us out a lot.
