I’ve wait awhile to make this review as I had faith the company would make things right but it has now been well over a year and I am very disappointed with the service I have received.
I purchased a transmission for a 2002 Chev 2500 HD diesel over the phone well over a year ago. The transmission was supposed to be delivered to a depot in Regina for me to pick up. My payment went through and I have yet to receive the transmission. I have contacted the employee I bought it from who no longer works there and he assured me they have a record of when I purchased it and that the payment went through. I spoke to a different individual who knew about it and they told me they would take care of it. I also spoke with Tony, who I believe is the manager, and the issue has still not been resolved. No refund, no transmission and no solution.
By the looks of it, not all the customers have been treated this way thankfully, but I couldn’t be further from satisfied .

Great place for used parts, called and said they had the part but have to take off the car and will call me after. they called and I picked up the part at a nice price

Good place to get parts for your Audi or other European cars. They were able to get me a heater blower motor at a fair price and included the resistor and cables as well.

Been looking at a few places for a fuel line for my audi and finally found one here. They got it off quickly while I waited. Good bunch of guys there. Guy answering the phones loves his job and is very helpful. Hands down best place for parts.

The owner was very friendly, we ended up with the wrong transmission. And they were unable to provide a replacement. At which point we were given a full refund. Thanks , greatly appreciated.
