No one helped us when we were alone in the dealership. Lady at the front was also very disrespectful while looking for a vehicle.

Markos is a great Gm at this dealership had a smooth transaction for the vehicle I purchased. Also Lola is one of the nicest employees at this dealership I keep my winter tires here to swap year round.

I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism and courtesy I have (and continue to) experience at this dealership, beginning with my first vehicle purchase and through contemplations on a second. Though I will typically walk into dealerships with great trepidation, given the inherent transactional nature of car sales, my experience with Marc LeClair at Grand Touring Automobiles couldn't be further from this. I continue to be put at ease by the cordial environment at GTA, as well as a much more carefully curated selection of cars. Walking into GTA, one will immediately sense a much more genuine value placed on the customer relationship, and Marc has consistently gone well above and beyond what would be expected - embodying the spirit of a 'trusted consultant' more so than a typical car salesman. I highly recommend their services without reservation.
