Branch Manager Zahra Sanati was outstanding, guiding us seamlessly through setting up a mortgage, opening a joint account, and a USD account with professionalism and care. Alina was equally fantastic, providing expert support with our mortgage process, making it smooth and stress-free. Dmitry was a lifesaver, handling our wire transfer efficiently and with great attention to detail. I have never had a more positive experience at a bank, in my life. I am not the most savvy person when it comes to finances but old enough, where I ought to know. I usually feel like an idiot across from a banker, but at no time, was I made to feel less than valued. Akshay walked me through the process of how to best support my future, financially. I am very comfortable recommending Akshay and ATB to my family and friends.

Just poor customer service. The teller I was dealing with just wanted to be right and argue. Even when I agreed. This is the second time I came to this branch. Same service quality on my last visit. Come on ATB you can do better.

Today, I was at your branch and a lady of staff, asked me very private questions that , I was so embarrassed, and I was very nervous. I our privacy is non of her business.
