I was leery of purchasing from a small dealership. My fears were unfounded. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They accommodated my needs and went the extra mile for me. I test drove a 2012 Civic. And in the end I did purchase from them. I will shop here again.

Bought my first car from Adel here at Altawest. He was very helpful and accommodating. My sister and I went for a test drive on a 2019 Nissan Qashqai and loved it. Adel made the buying process really easy. After I purchased the car and drove it home, a few days later it was making a strange noise so I contacted Adel and he was so willing to help me out and see what was going on. My dad ended up taking the car back to get checked out for me and Adel and his mechanic fixed the small issue free of charge. They wanted to make sure I was happy and secure with my purchase. Pleasant experience! Especially for buying my first car, Adel made sure I was fully aware of everything and was really transparent about things.
