“This is a very nice and honest car dealership. From the beginning, they were transparent and did not hide any fees. They truly tried to help me and never lied or pressured me to buy a car.
I visited many other dealerships before, and most of them had too many extra fees and tried to force me to make a decision. But at this place, the experience was completely different. Everything was clear, stress-free, and respectful. They gave me time to think and explained everything patiently.
At first, I complained because I didn’t know how other dealers work, but after visiting more places, I realized that this dealership is truly the best. Their service, honesty, and professionalism are amazing.

“I’m a relatively new customer to Monza (just about a year now), and I first went to them because several friends on Facebook spoke so highly of their service. I’ll admit, I was nervous starting with a new mechanic—especially with an older vehicle (my 2009 Venza). I worried I’d be pressured into spending a ton of money on things I didn’t understand. To my absolute relief, it was the complete opposite.
The team at Monza has been nothing but honest, patient, and incredibly welcoming. They never nickel-and-dime me, and they always take the time to explain things in a way I can actually understand. Not only have they been fair, but they’ve also been more affordable than my previous mechanic, who often left me with subpar work and repeat visits for the same problems.
Riley—their main front desk associate—is truly outstanding. Even in the short time I’ve been going there, he always remembers who he’s talking to, and he’s consistently friendly and helpful on the phone. I really appreciate the way he explains everything so clearly, and how supportive he’s been with both me and my daughter as she starts taking over the Venza.

“I can’t say enough good things about this detailing company. They stepped in after a botched oil change at Jiffy Lube Bowness, where my oil cap was left off and oil sprayed all over my engine bay. The mess was significant but this team handled it with total professionalism.
They did an incredibly thorough engine bay clean, took the situation seriously, and treated my car with real care and attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work and actually care about customer safety and satisfaction. My engine bay looks immaculate.

“So many great things to celebrate about this CSN Capital Collision Centre. I very much appreciated the daily updates on the progress of my vehicle. The automatic emails and visual progress meter answered questions I had before I thought to ask them.
The immediate communication from the centre was also excellent. The front desk employee (her name is escaping me) is clearly on top of her game. From the very beginning until the entire process was complete, she took care of the details and communication in an efficient and timely manner.
I was extremely surprised that the interior of my car had been detailed. All of the work that was done was exterior, yet I climbed into a polished and pristine vehicle. It was SUCH a pleasant surprise, and I keep finding myself bragging about it.
I’m not a body restoration expert but the work seems to have been done extremely well. I’m pleased with the outcome and with the fact that the work was actually completed in the timeframe they said it would be.

“Anitha and her team did a fantastic job on my 2018 Cadillac XT5. I scraped it on the passenger rear quarter panel and door exiting a car was, and was devastated because my Cadillac was in mint condition when I purchased it in April 2025. Maaco gave me a very fair price, and took my vehicle in to their shop the very next day after their cost estimate. The vehicle was ready for pick up 3 days later at noon. I was fearing a poor job because of how fast they finished the job, but no, they did a great job. I highly recommend Maaco now that I have experienced their work quality and speed for myself”

“This review is a little late. In 2025 I had 4 vehicles given the Ultimate detail cleaning treatment. Two of the vehicles needed to be cleaned as they were being sold and WOW they did such a fabulous job that I decided to bring in the 2 vehicles that I was keeping (normally I'd do them myself).
Patrick, the manager, did a great job up front of reviewing the condition of each vehicle, making recommendations of where they would focus their efforts (the extra TLC that would be required) and then delivering an OVERALL very well cleaned up end product. That would only be possible if he was not backed up by some very hard working staff! Great job Patrick and staff!! I will be seeing you again in 2026 for spring cleanup.”
“Top grade equipment. Their self-service wash setup is noticeably higher quality than other places. The water is hot, the soap is sudsy and clings onto the car, and the ceramic wax makes the paint pop. Just a pleasure to use.”

I was visiting from out of town and needed a quick, reliable place to wash my car. This location was just five minutes from our hotel, making it super convenient.
They accept both coin and tap payments, which was a big plus. Compared to what I’m used to back home, the coin timer here lasted longer than expected. Definitely good value.
If I had to nitpick, I’d say the soap wasn’t as sudsy as I prefer, but it still did the job well. Overall, I had a smooth experience and would 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area!”
