“We purchased our RX 350 Sport in May 2025 and intentionally waited almost a year before writing this review so we could honestly evaluate both the car and the service after real-life use.
We absolutely love this car, and the service has been outstanding. We also own a Mercedes-Benz and an Infiniti, and the RX 350 is hands-down better than both in terms of comfort, luxury, and overall experience.
Our sales advisor, Himanshu, was amazing to work with. He knows the vehicle extremely well, is honest, not pushy at all, and immediately understood our needs. Most importantly, he didn’t waste our time — we didn’t have to spend an entire day at the dealership like we have at other places.
The service department has been just as impressive. Fe and Sintija are awesome and always incredibly helpful. Every visit has been a great experience. This location is significantly better than the Lexus NW location, from customer service to overall experience.
Compared to the Mercedes dealership, Lexus is on another level — more luxurious, more welcoming, and more thoughtful. You’re treated to a full bistro experience (the macchiato and pastries by Erika are the best!), and you can even get your nails done by Mila, who offers a full Russian manicure. It truly feels like a luxury experience from start to finish.

“I have a 2005 Silverado hd 2500 with a Duramax diesel. Some of the cylinders shut down while driving on the highway. Tatiana was able to get my truck in for diagnostics
Immediately. The tech identified that the truck only needed a new pig tail for the injector harness to get the running again. I was very pleased with the prompt service and the ability to do the job in a timely manor. I decided to let them replace the glow plugs, since the truck had been driven for 440 000 km. I was pleasantly surprised how great the engine is running after the repaire was done and that the final bill was slightly less than there quoted cost. Thank you, Wolfgang Dauter.”
