On top of that, they went the extra mile and had my entire truck detailed before returning it to me. That level of care and attention means a lot, and it shows the pride they take in their work.

“No reason not to give them five stars. Took my old Mazda in to get two rear springs and two rear shocks replaced. Tyler at reception, pleasant to deal with, gave me a reasonable estimate, brought the vehicle in next morning at 8:30, at 11:30 got a text saying it's ready.
No surprises with the bill, smooth transaction, pleasant experience. I will definitely take my car back to them again if the need arises.”
“This is my new go-to auto shop.
I had a very pleasant first experience here yesterday. Prior to going in-person, they were very quick at replying through email and addressed all my questions and concerns. Once I got to the auto shop, they were very patient and detailed at answering additional questions. I appreciated how they were also able to pull up visuals on their computer screens to help with the explanations. They are very honest and transparent with all the work they do.
I have a Honda CRV and I went to get my transmission fluid and engine oil changed, had my tires rotated, cabin air filter changed, and will be going back for new tires and rims in the near future. Highly recommend this team to everyone!!

My friend recommended them. They did a good job replacing two struts and bushings/sway bar. They also were honest and told me I didn't need my brakes changed out yet even though a different place told me I should. I still have 35-40% life on them.
They were efficient and friendly.
Used actual Subaru parts as well.”

“I took my car to Lakeview based on the great Google reviews, and they definitely lived up to the reputation. I brought in my Ford Escape, which needed an oil change, a differential fluid change, brake pad and rotor and most importantly, diagnosis for a strange noise coming from the back. Jesse and his crew diagnosed the issue and was spot on.
Throughout the process, I received pictures, updates, and a clear quote outlining the work needed. There were no surprises with the billing. I also got my car back faster than expected—I thought it would take until the following week, but they had it fixed the very next day. The noise is now completely gone.

“Probably the best auto fixing experience of my life.
After speaking to Alex on the phone from Edmonton about a car that I had to leave in Calgary, he made me feel quite comfortable I could tell the shop had a level of expertise and willingness to work on the unconventional. Every shop in the city that I phoned was booking a good month out and auto experts was no exception. Alex mentioned he might be able to get it in earlier if there was a moment here or there, but I didn't expect much. They got the car in so quick, and diagnosed a difficult issue with ease. Most shops are intimidated by my vehicle as there aren't very many in Canada, and all the literature is in a different language.
Alex's group got me back on the road in a couple of days when I thought it might take months and months.
I can't tell you what I paid because I feel like I robbed auto experts. The bill was criminally low, that may or may not be your experience, but I know that they found the problem so quickly because they know their stuff.
I am extremely grateful that this is the shop I chose to tow my car to when it broke down far away from my city with an unconventional issue.

“I had ZR Auto put a Nano Shield on the windshield of my 2011 GT 500 to minimize any further rock chips on the OEM windshield, protect the dash from fading & to cut down on the sun refection. I dropped off my car early morning & was called early afternoon to pick it up. On first examination of the completed job, it looked fine…could not see any edges of the cover & it seemed slightly tinted…just what I expected. While driving home, I noticed a very slight horizontal fold/wave of the PPF about 4 am long, right in my line of vision of the vehicles in front of me…pulling over, I found a second smaller fold/wave below my mirror. These clitches put my view to be out of clear focus. I turned around & returned to ZR & showed the issues to the Tech & Installer…they verified the clitches & recommended that I let the cover cure over the next 2 days & bring it back, & they would replace it. I was good with that. Later that afternoon, Zahir called me & explained that the issues were likely caused by minor folds in the inside of the end of the roll of the PPF…he asked me to bring it back the next morning & they would replace it. Zahir explained that he wants his customers to be completely satisfied with any job they undertake! I returned the day after & they replaced it & kept it over the weekend to ensure it cured. I’m completely happy w the result & Zahir’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I’m planning on having ZR remove my 13 yr old 3M coverings on parts of the front & have them cover the entire front end up to the doors & windshield w their Nano film.”
