The PDR technicians did an incredible job — the workmanship is beyond impressive. You can tell these are highly skilled experts who take real pride in what they do. My truck looks pristine, like the hail damage never happened.
On top of that, they went the extra mile and had my entire truck detailed before returning it to me. That level of care and attention means a lot, and it shows the pride they take in their work.

“Fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about them. In November when my vehicle required rather extensive repairs, they were honest and upfront about what was wrong and what needed to be done and it actually ended up being much less than expected (the dealership misdiagnosed) many mechanics try to upsell. They don’t. Just tell you what needs to be done right now, and if it doesn’t need to be done they won’t try to make a sale.
Today, when I was driving and my cars exhaust broke off from the muffler I called them and Robin said I could bring it in asap and he can take a look. He ended up fixing it for very fair price and I got it back in less than 4 hours. I also was offered a ride home which was so amazing, and the gentleman who drove me was so nice. Everyone is always so nice and helpful and I really appreciate knowing I have a 10/10 mechanic for my big and small issues for life. Thanks again so much for fitting me in on such short notice!”

“No reason not to give them five stars. Took my old Mazda in to get two rear springs and two rear shocks replaced. Tyler at reception, pleasant to deal with, gave me a reasonable estimate, brought the vehicle in next morning at 8:30, at 11:30 got a text saying it's ready.
No surprises with the bill, smooth transaction, pleasant experience. I will definitely take my car back to them again if the need arises.”

“Since they refused to take my money, I had to give a five-star review at least. I recently had to get a TPMS replaced on my car and the manufacturer is not clear in their manuals that if they fail they may have connected to the wrong wheel hub on the display.
Not knowing this they replaced the one we thought was broken but turns out it was the wrong one. They graciously dumpster dived llooking for the old TPMS they had thrown out to replace and they swapped it the second time no charge so I really appreciate that.”

They do the job right, never do unauthorized work and will always call to discuss things with you first. Flexible payment options, like e-transfer when I had forgotten my card at work.”
“Someone attempted to remove my catalytic converter, but weren't successful. I phoned Calgary Muffler spoke to Al. I had the car towed over and he said he could fix it, and did. I asked if he had any deterrents in the event of a return theft. He did, and he found another Auto place to install it. The thief did come back and took it. I phoned Al again and asked if he could fit me in and fix it. The car went in and it was done same day. I totally recommend this business 100%. Great crew!”
