Always has good value for money and I like the discount rack with tools and such. It is always nice to browse around in the shelve items as they have well stocked goods.
Staff are nice and knowledgable with their items and will help you with all the things you need, if they dont have it on the store they will order it and will follow up on you that it is available for pick up.

If you go in looking for parts, avoid talking to the female there, i think her name is shelly, I've now gotten the incorrect parts from her 3 times. I should've checked the part number myself knowing the hassle shes put me through before, but i didn't. Now I've pulled my brake pads off only to discover she again gave me the wrong stuff . Never go in here expecting her to give you anything right and always double check yourself. ANY of the men there have proven to be far more competent and I'd give this location 5 stars if they would just get rid of her. She unpleasant and not knowledgeable.

I never needed auto parts...but I had an excellent experience with this company.
I am a 77 year old woman, undergoing chemotherapy, and had a flat tire. Of course, this always happens on a holiday weekend when your son is fishing in BC and no other friends are available to help...or when most auto body shops are closed.
They sent a young technician over to put on a spare tire for me. This was something they never had to do but they did.
Thank you so much for helping to get me mobile again.

Great staff. Had a quick diagnostic test run on my dad’s vehicle since the check engine light was on. Jacob was great to deal with and explained the issue.

This staff went WAY above and beyond in helping to sort out a battery issue that I had while picking up my son’s motorcycle. Erdene was an absolute wizard in figuring out a solution to an issue that would have us high and dry on the side of the road!
