This place I been there for two times they are amazing. Especially today, I went there for my key less entry battery & remote starter battery, they helped me beyond their jobs. Totally appreciated that people those who were handle the electronics things at the back counter and the front cashiers were also respectful as well. All amazing people are here!

I was greeted politely at Auto Value Forest Lawn, and the staff checked the part I needed right away. The store itself looked fairly clean and organized, which I appreciated.
I bought a Bosch DirectConnect 13-inch wiper blade that the salesperson recommended after I mentioned my vehicle — a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse LT AWD — and clearly said it was for the rear wiper. Later, when I tried installing it myself, something didn’t seem right, and I couldn’t get it to fit properly.
I went back to the store, and one of the staff members came out to help. He managed to attach the blade, but I noticed that only half of it was actually touching the glass. When I mentioned that, he said it was probably an issue with my car’s rear arm, not the blade itself.
After double-checking, I realized the blade I was sold appears to be a front windshield version, not the correct rear wiper blade for my vehicle. So I left feeling a bit disappointed — the service was friendly, but the recommendation seems inaccurate.
