I went to Auto Zone because a good friend of mine referred me there. I spoke with Nas there. He was able to get me a great value on a trade in for my vehicle and was able to secure a great deal on a newer model. All in all, I had a great experience and would recommend him to others going forward.

I had a car (Infiniti QX60 2014) on consignment with them since February 2025 and recently got it back in basically unusable condition on August 12th. The car’s keys were lost (costs about 500 CAD to get that fixed), the battery was dead (100+ CAD for that), tie rods needed repair (200 CAD), tires needed repair because they were flat (150 CAD more). Brake discs and Calipers were rusted beyond recognition.
On top of a lack of care, they couldn’t get the car sold for over 6 months. They told us they could only give us 8,000 CAD for the car but had it listed for 15,000 CAD which nobody wanted to pay for this. On top of that, the car was in no condition for anybody to purchase to begin with. Nobody in their right mind would even look at the car twice in the condition it was in.
On top of the repairs, we had to do an out of province inspection on the vehicle at this place. My inspection was passed despite the battery being dead. We decided to do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection with diagnostics at Country Hills Nissan (car’s manufacturer). We get a check engine light on my way to the dealership and I get told that my CVT transmission needs to be replaced as well as the catalytic converter.
What makes it worse, our car magically got 2,000 Kms on its odometer; A car that wasn’t in a state to be test driven. Who knows why or how those 2,000 Kms were added on the car.
Avoid this sleazy used car dealership at all costs. If you’re looking to sell your car, you’re much better off selling it on a loss on Marketplace or Kijiji and you will still take back more than what you’ll get if you trust these guys. If you’re looking to buy a car, you’re better off buying at an auction or buying someone else’s daily driver.
Spare yourself the headache, spare your money from being transferred over to these guys. You will have an unforgettable experience and not the good kind.

A lot of bs the car that I bought had air suspension problems n he said the engine light was on for o2 sensor it was for thermometer I got all that fixed after 4k the car is good then he tried to get rid of my extended warranty by not paying fo it even though it was included in the price recommend not going here
