First time here and I must say its a very cool spot to try some food you only see in movies. A taste for every pallet. Fresh produce as well as a few neat shops. A very nice find for anyone local to Avenida. Try it out and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Check out Collective! Amazing selection of beer! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, every time! Love this place for a variety pack. Pies Plus, right across the parking lot. And a market definitely worth visiting too

An incredible place to visit. Incredible food stalls, and some very interesting shops. Anybody can find something they like here. All the food is reasonably priced and delicious. I go here all the time

Has restaurants, grocery shopping, small cozy shops, flower shops, sport shops and a relatively large food courtWas extremely buzzing on the weekend! I anticipate parking may be tight on weekends too but it seems to work well overall
