Recently we had a great opportunity to work with an amazing mortgage broker for our first home purchase, Rena St. Clair. She was very accomodating, compassionate, and attentive to our needs as a first time buyer. She was always ready to answer our questions and help us in whatever ways necessary for us to get a good rate and to get the mortgage approved for us. This was my first time using a mortgage broker outside of the big five banks and I was very impressed with the personalized service. I want to specifically mention Tanya Miedema! She is attentive, responsive and very experienced in the mortgage and banking process. I was very confident working with her that she had my best interest in mind. Tanya has the “get the job done” attitude and worked efficiently with my time sensitive deal! I highly recommend that anyone looking for a mortgage specifically ask for Tanya!

Brian Gentles was so helpful and understanding. I am not savvy with finances, mortgages, etc. and Brian was very patient in his explanations. He took the time to answer every email or phone call I made, regardless of the question. Some of my emails were in the evening or on a weekend, and he responded. This is not the first time we have worked with Brian and would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future. Thank you.

Our mortgage broker, Julia Carvalho, went above and beyond with making sure our needs were met. We had a lot of questions but Julia was able to help us understand and explain what we needed to know. She also worked day and night to make sure all things were processed to meet tight deadlines - she was well organized and always had a direction for what is next so we could prepare. Her experience and knowledge was easily recognized based on how methodical she was. We will be recommending her to our friends and family!

I worked with Sara Stenhouse mostly and she was always available to answer questions and look for the best rate she could. We had some snags with my mortgage only because the previous lender was not willing to allow me to pay the penalty and get out of my mortgage. Sara did everything she could do to get this lifted and a day later, I received a call from Sara that magic had happened and I could proceed moving forward with Axiom Mortgage Solutions. Sara is very personable and friendly, and you feel like you are not just working with someone who is a professional and knows their stuff, but someone who is a friend as well. She really cares, and wants to do everything she can to make purchasing a home go as smoothly as possibleI also worked with Krista Pike as well, snd she was also fantasticI would definitely recommend Axiom Mortgage Solutions and especially Sara and Krista, for your mortgage needs.
