This wil be a long one .
We went in yesterday as a group of 5 , all getting different things done . They made some of us wait for a very long time while my pedicure turned out horrible. I told her it was chippy and she said it was my skin , anyways what ticked me off was the fact that I paid for my granddaughter, and my daughter in law card wasn’t working so she e-transfer me , while I was counting my cash the worker showed me the calculator, I said thanks then hoovered over me . When I turned around to count my cash she came over with her calculator again and hovered over me ! I said yes I see . Little did I know she had clicked the 15 percent tip option when my daughter in law was going to pay by card . When did workers start choosing what we pay them for a tip ?
I will be asking someone to fix my pedi .
One lady was great but she only did my granddaughter , the other lady did all 3 of us and as you can see she was rushing
This was my birthday present btw .

Terrible experience. The technician yelled at my mom, didn’t fix her painful ingrown nails, and then told her to see a doctor when she returned the next day. She was even charged extra because the technician “forgot” to charge her previously. My mom left hurt, embarrassed, and completely shocked by how she was treated. I would NEVER recommend this establishment. Absolutely the most unprofessional staff we’ve ever encountered.

Amazing Salon, my first choice always!
Every time I go they fit me in, even if they are busy.
They give an amazing manicure & pedicure & eyebrow waxing, prices are reasonable and the ladies are always caring, thoughtful & gentle.
My nails (fingers & toes) always look beautiful, my eyebrows are always on point and I feel pampered after every appointment, they are my go too salon and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and results :)

This saloon does not value customer’s time. The staff is rude and very poor with their communication. Prices are unreasonable with average service.

From the moment this salon was opened this is the only place I’ve ever recommended to friends and family and been too through all the years as for the amazing enthusiasm that they have towards their customers and their team members, but the overall atmosphere is so welcoming.

I visited the Azalea Nail Boutique for the first time today.
I normally have my nails done by another technician but could not get an appointment in such short notice and so, I called Azalea Nail Boutique and they were able to fit me in within the hour.
I was hoping to get: 1) manicure with shellac and a French Tip design ($48) and 2) pedicure with regular polish and a French Tip design ($48). I additionally wanted to have a chrome finish done but they wanted an extra $30 for chrome. I thought this additional cost was just absurd. At the end, my manicure (shellac) and pedicure (regular polish) came to $100.80 including tax.
Overall, I am happy with the final result but I found the prices quite high. I especially did not like the extra costs (e.g. design and chrome finish). At my regular salon, I spend under $80 to have both my hands and feet done. While the finished result was satisfactory, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this salon in the future.

I usually come here all the time. However, my last few encounters have been very uncomfortable.
Firstly, I have had many, many, many text messages saying I have been given some sort of reward and that I should claim it. But when I asked about it, they never have given it to me or gave me some sort of excuse that I don’t have enough points.
Secondly, they have cut my skin and even burned me cause they have been so aggressive. When I tip, I tip according to how I’m treated during my service. My last visit, I tipped 15% and the staff seemed mad about it. However, my nail technician burned me 4 times during my service. I understand that she must’ve been having a bad or stressful day. But, that doesn’t give her the right to burn me with the electric file.
Another instance was I had came in to book a nail fill for another date while my mom was getting her eyebrows waxed. Instead of them writing down my information under their appointment book, they made me do it. And unfortunately, I don’t know how they layout their client schedules. So I did my best to write my name when I wanted to come. When I came for my appointment they had told me that I missed my appointment the day before in front of everyone who was in the salon. However, I received no phone call to make sure I was coming. That was a very uncomfortable experience. To say the least, they should be writing down the client’s information on their appointment book, rather than the client doing it themselves.
There’s a huge potential that I won’t be coming back to this place.
