I bought a $400 velvet dress for a Christmas party and a small magnetic name tag made markings in the material. When I took it back asking for an exchange or help in getting the marking out, staff were dismissive and not helpful. The quality of this material speaks for itself if small magnet can damage the material.

Very disappointing experience. The women with glasses was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a terrible attitude. If someone can’t treat customers with respect, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Definitely not coming back.

The most unwelcoming staff I’ve ever seen in a retail store

Alex at the chinook location was the most delightful help! She helped me with a dress I was getting for a wedding and I couldn’t have asked for more exceptional service! She was so kind and it felt like I was shopping with my mother! I loved my experience and can’t wait to go back and shop with her again!

The sales associates are hard working and helpful, but customer service from management is terrible. I buy quite a bit at BR and they don't care to retain customers at all.
During a recent promotion offering 40% off all stock, I visited Chinook only to find limited inventory. This left me no choice but to place an online order. Unfortunately, the dress I received did not fit well the style showed most of my bra. I returned to the store in hopes of exchanging it for a better-fitting option for my event.
I found another dress which was the exact same price but I was told the 40% discount would not be honored because the promotion had recently ended. I find this policy quite unfair, as it penalizes customers for trying to find the right fit—especially when in-store inventory was too scarce to purchase during the sale.
Apparently only way to benefit from their promotion is to buy multiple sizes or styles online and return most of them, which is inconvenient, unsustainable, and not in the spirit of good customer service. This isn't the first time management has been inflexible either... Disappointing.

Worst experience every. I’m in ontario, they had an item we needed and the manager refused to ship to an ontario store. After in just purchased $1500 worth of stuff. I’ll never shop at BR again and I’ll be returning my items.

Don't buy products here. The quality doesn't stand up. I bought two T-shirts in the last year and both fell apart one after a few months and one after one wash. In comparison, the Costco brand that is almost identical is still holding up. You don't always get what you pay for

Person that was supposed to help me with an exchange was unnecessarily rude. Just don’t go to this location. Staff have no sense of customer service and severely lack common decency. Dark haired guy with the glasses is disgustingly disrespectful and truly does not deserve employment.
Update: I was able to make the exchange at The Core location lol. Thanks for nothing Chinook location

Avoid this location at all costs. Similar to the woman who experienced a poor customer service during her return of a jacket at this location, I also experienced a very similar customer service during my return of a dress. The cashier sniffed the dress and falsely claimed that I snagged the clothing and made it dirty. Then when I spoke to the manager, he did the same thing. He falsely claimed that the dress had been damaged and that it had dirt. There is a clear pattern of discriminatory behaviour at this location. Never shopping here again. Extremely rude staff (both manager and associates) who not only commit code of misconduct but also breaches the company's return policy.

Stopped in for work clothes for my girlfriend. She usually doesn't shop there and was skeptical. We picked a couple things out and were fortunate to have Alex as the person helping us that day. She was above and beyond in service and helped us find a ton of good options. If you get the chance be sure to ask for her. She is the type of worker that generates success for your business.

Customer service needs to be reviewed, sales associates not taking care of customers is not a best practice. I asked to be given a changing room yesterday to try multiple articles, as I respect retail workers and don’t want to go over the process of being assisted by an associate before trying on clothes. The gentleman I asked didn’t think that taking only 20seconds to give me a changing room would be more efficient than just continuing his task. I just left and came back today, not a single « hello » entering the store, no assistance, and of course the -40% sale that was going on yesterday ended today, so frustrating !

Not customer friendly, giving hard to make returns and price adjustments. Avoid this store, buy from somewhere else.
