Can we all just boycott UPS, the delivery has consistently been awful, EVERY SINGLE TIME. My most recent BR package they insisted I wasn't home although I have been wfh for days as I'm currently working on my thesis. This is not the first time they've done this, claiming I am not around when I am. They made me go pick up, I am busy and can't drive, so I sent my bf. He was told I have to personally pick it up, even though I sent him my ID, I even offered to video call for it to confirm I am the recipient, but they said no and sent him home. I told him to tell them to redeliver, they insisted they cannot do that. So I'm now stuck, I have to carve out time to go pick up the darned package. Tempted to let them send it back to BR because I am so annoyed.

Was there a few days back to get clothes for my friends wedding
Hosna and Leah helped me with whatever I needed and constantly brought more clothes to my dressing room door for me.
extremely helpful and kind, I intend to get more clothes from here in the future as well.

On Dec 11 3.30pm I visited this store for some shopping, once I entering, 4 staffs were chatting, none of them say hi to me or even smile to me. I would like to check some cardigans and no one help, they are talking so aloud and laughing. Then I tried to smile to a lady who wear glasses, she saw me and she choose to ignore me and left. I cannot believe this is the service that banana republic will provide.

Over my history with banana republic I’ve bought 4 pairs of pants all at a very high cost, the first 2 the buttons broke immediately, the next 2 ripped after 2 weeks, for the money they’re charging you do not get quality, when I brought in my pair of pants that ripped after a week, the lady at the counter gaslit me that it was my fault and the only way to issue a refund or exchange was for defects, not overpriced terrible made products

Impressive professional service for a lifestyle store as most staff in such stores are usually somewhat snooty, but here there was no patronizing whatsoever. The garments are a tad bit conservative but chic and classy which is what attracted me to shop there in the first place. The jewelry piece also are unique and vintage. Lovely shopping experience over all and worth the price I must say.

Not my favorite but they will help you if you need it. No greeting, tend to avoid you; especially if you walk towards a worker but other worker will offer to help after they see that.

My daughter and I went shopping for a formal outfit for her. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional right at the door. They exceeded our expectations, were very accommodating, and selected an excellent outfit for my daughter. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommned shopping here. The clothing is gorgeous and the staff are brilliant.

One stars for a rude encounter with a lady at the Core Banana Republic. She was so focused on making a sale, she was not at all concerned that the item did not fit well. Also, poor quality, unlined pants for $200.00. No thanks!

Excellent customer service and sales team spirit! The sales team made my mature male friend feel special and he had alot of fun trying on new outfits. This was an out of his comfort zone experience, yet he left smiling and kept telling me how he enjoyed it and he'd be happy to return to this location to shop. Good Job!
