It’s the most inefficient bank ever. The staff allow lots of people to cut the line. If you want to waste your whole day waiting on the couch, please come! If you just need to update your info in the back, it will take more than one hour. If you need to update online banking, congratulations another hour will be wasted.

Very frustrating dealing with these people. Absolutely no customer service and when you do have service, they are rude and condescending. Avoid banking here unless truly necessary.

I wish I had an option for 0 star. I never thought that I would have had such a terrible experience in any bank. The person who answered my call treated me like I was an idiot. I would say please be far away from this bank to save your precious time and energy.
