My hot water tank was leaking and I talked one of the sales people. I'm not sure what his name was maybe Devin (sorry if i spelled it wrong) he explanined to me what parts I need for my water tank, and after he searched and he said that my tank still has warranty. he gave me the form and showed me what to do. He is a prosfessionnal sales person. Thank you Devin !

The guy Matthew at plumbing counter really hates his job. If you don't want to be at work on Saturdays get a new job. Drove across the city for this guy to give me the wrong part and then drove back to have him say the parts out of stock only because they were closing and he wanted to go home. Upper management should really review there sales team. I heard them tell 3 customers to go plumbateria because they clearly didn't feel like working.Top it off they wouldn't return the wrong part sold because I opened the package! Called them Monday and guess what the actual part is in stock. I bought it from plumbateria! Absolute joke of customer service

Replacement water heater was not delivered as promised after a week of waiting, no notification, no explanation, my plumber and I called multiple times, no one knew what happened, no tracking, no record of whether the order was processed or loaded on delivery truck, our calls were passed to multiple staff or voice message, no one called back, it went on for a week, so we had no hot water at home for 12 days, finally Frank and Ashley at B&G helped tracking it down and got it done. A very frustrating experience.

Garbage company tell me over the phone they can help with a 1" 3/8" fitting and a plug drive across city then asshat at the counter tells me they don't carry anything that smallThus company is over rated and garbage customer service

Called looking for a leak detector, when I spoke to someone in the plumbing department he wasn't interested in helping. When I asked what brands they have he said "lots"......... I asked what was in stock and he said "none, we have to bring them in". I didn't know I needed to be specific when calling a place like this to get information on a product. I was hoping for a little customer service but obviously it's to hard to help customers these days.

It's really nice location, there is enough space for big rig to turn around . 7-8 dock available & guys in side unloading is fast too. Employees are nice .

Never ever schedule a delivery from these guys.Messed up the delivery twice.Never call as per instructions or leave voicemail but they justify that they called.Get ready to get your stuff stollen because they leave it in front of the house and if you complain they will take it back to warehouse other than delivering it.
