Service was quick and the detailed video review was great on the inspection. Would have been a 5 star and more work would have been perform by them if their labour prices were more reasonable and inline with other Motorsport dealers!

I was very unsure and afraid about dealing with Basecamp Motorsports after an horrible experience in 2022. After reading some very positive reviews about Aaron, a parts and labor specialist, I decided to give them a second chance and took my 2013 Spyder for a diagnostic but was determined to only deal with Aaron. Well, Aaron’s amazing customer service, attention to details and professionalism totally was a game changer. He took the time to explain what was needed to be done as well as kept me informed of the progress. Basecamp Motorsports regained my trust thanks to Aaron!

I brought my Can-Am 650 into Archie right after a very arduous hunting trip. The unit was caked in mud. The brakes were going. The cooling system wasn’t working. It had some dents and some pieces that were knocked off of it. Archie and his maintenance team took in my CanAm 650 and brought it back to life. I honestly thought it was a new unit when I picked it up. I was amazed at how good worked and looked. Thank you Archie and your technicians at base camp motor Sports. You guys Rock.

Have had a couple good experiences with service and now with sales. They previously rushed my machine through service on extremely short notice. Evan Dutton in sales was extremely easy and thorough when purchasing a machine. Nolan in parts was good to deal with. Justin in finance was good to deal with. Experience was quick and easy.

I bought my first motorcycle here – the first CFMoto 675SS in Calgary – and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. During the purchase process, I really enjoyed talking with Tate. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
When my bike developed a small oil leak due to a factory assembly issue, Jeff handled it promptly and made sure everything was taken care of, which gave me a lot of confidence in their after-sales support. With winter approaching, I also came in to have my heated grips activated, and Jeff got it done very quickly – the whole process was smooth and efficient.
I also want to thank service advisors Aaron and John Both of them have been very helpful – one was incredibly patient in answering all my questions, while the other always followed up after my service to check if my bike was doing fine. Their support really made me feel valued as a customer.
