came today to buy some things. the younger ladies at the counter were talking to one another, but the one who helped check me out didn't tell me it was time to pay, so I assumed and tapped my card. After I had it bagged up it wasn't given to me, only left on the counter while they all laughed amongst themselves for personal talk and didn't bother to say goodbye or notice I left with the bag. From my side of the counter they were all on my left. This happened around 6 pm or so. Most times I go here everyone is so helpful and nice.

Everyone is always so lovely and helpful. I was in the other day and some manager named Mari was incredibly helpful and kind. She really seemed like she knew her job well and was excited to help me find what I need, I will be back!!

Zero stars if I could. I used to frequent this store regularly (they had an amazing light haired manager who knew exactly what she was doing) until today.
Today I went in to do an exchange. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted in front by a lady who identified herself as Mary, a manager. I informed Mary that I wanted to do an exchange. She told me to pick out the candle I wanted and go to the cashier for ab exchange. I did as told and proceeded to the cashier. Another associate identified as Hailee was on the til. I told Hailee I wanted to exchange an online order and she asked for my receipt which I provided to her. She had no idea what she was doing and asked for the help of another associate who had no idea as well. She proceeded to go get her manager, Mary, from the front.
In comes Mary rude with an utterly disgusting attitude. Mary proceeds to yell at me telling me “a return has been proceed”. I tell Mary, “I understand that, but I want to purchase the candle sitting in front of you”. She goes “we cannot do that”. I proceed to call the southcenter store on my phone as Hailee and Mary keep yelling at me in the store. Mary is put on the phone with another associate over there.
At the end I’m able to purchase my candle after about 5 minutes of being yelled at by confused Hailee and Mary. To be honest, this used to be a great store. It is so disgusting to have witnessed the behaviour of these two and upon realizing they were wrong didn’t even offer an apology. They just said “oh it was a miscommunication”. I asked “a miscommunication by who”… no answer, just an eye roll from Mary.
It’s not worth going to this store with this two. Especially with a manager like Mary who is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Southcenter down the road has an impeccable manager who is not only professional, but also passionate.

Employees are very passive aggressive. It was uncomfortable to shop here with the way they spoke in the over-the-top customer service tone. Will choose a different location based on that alone.
