If you are looking for a MINI, this is the only place you should be shopping. Brent was excellent to work with and very detailed in the process. He took the time to explain everything and went through all the cool little details that make driving a MINI so much fun!
Brent doesn't just sell you a car, he is invested in the future of the car and is there is you have any questions or concerns even after you purchase the car! He is very passionate about MINIs and his knowledge about them is incredible.

We recently had the good fortune to purchase our 2023 JCW Convertible from Brent, the owner of BCW Automotive. Vehicle Advertisers always promote the DRIVING EXPERIENCE of their products but very few focus on the Buying Experiece. We must say that in all of our many new and used vehicle purchases, the 3 hours spent with Brent finalizing our purchase far exceeded anything we have experienced thus far. There were no games, no pressure tactics, no upselling. He was fair and forthright and his product knowledge of Mini's was simply amazing. For the first time in our vehicle buying history we left his dealership without any second thoughts and worries about having made the right choice. Yes there is lots of competition out there for your business, but very few will match the wonderful positive experience we were blessed to have with Brent at BCW.

If you’re a Mini Cooper fan, look no further than BCW Automotive. I found Brent (Owner) to be a man of integrity. He is very knowledgeable about his vehicles.
I found Brent to be honest. I got a fair price for both my trade-in and my new vehicle. He took his time to walk me through everything, and answered all of my questions.
He is detailed oriented. I traded-in my previous Mini Cooper, and he went through it with a fine toothed-comb. I saw the same attention to detail when it came to purchasing my new vehicle.
He goes above and beyond for his customers. It is a low pressure sales environment and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I highly recommend seeing Brent if you are looking for a vehicle.

While searching for a car for our daughter, I found Brent's listing on a Thursday and made an appointment with him to view the car Saturday morning. He emailed the Carfax and requested I immediately let him know if I couldn't make the appointment. He proceeded to take a deposit on the car between the Thursday and Saturday morning, didn't notify me, and while enroute to meet him and see the car on Saturday, I let him know I was enroute, he needed me to verify which car I was looking at and then proceeded to tell me he already took a deposit on it. 1 star not because he took a deposit on the car, but because he didn't even remember we had the appointment and didn't have the courtesy to let me know he took a deposit and if I'd still be interested in looking at it. He was adamant that his time be respected, yet couldn't be bothered to be respectful of mine.

Brent is by far the easiest person to work with. His passion for minis and car industry shows. We would recommend him if you are looking for high quality, solid minis at a good price. We never felt pressured to make a decision and the buying process of our mini took about only 2-weeks. The best part is that Brent stayed in touch with us the entire time which made the buying experience enjoyable. We are absolutely happy with the purchase! Thanks Brent!

Open and honest dealer. Won't shy away from any question asked. Informative and knowledgeable. Basically, if you thought you knew all the cool things your mini was capable of, sit this guy down for coffee and learn you're vastly mistaken!No push service, accommodating, I could go on. All in all, happy with the experience, and I can't wait to pick up my new toy.

Can’t remember when the last time was that we received proper quality customer service/care, as well as comprehensive product knowledge with zero pushing for sales. You just don’t get something like this often at this day and age. Super smooth buying process, connections to all vehicle related services, detailed and full tank upon delivery with introduction, what more can you ask? Louise and I purchased a 2018 Mini Countryman from Brent more than a month ago. It is important to us to give this review because you seldom run into such good service and product. He specialises in Minis because he believes in the product, searches out good cars and delivers them with a thorough inspection and repair if necessary, so that the car presents as new. Brent is a person with a very high level of professionalism and has a high degree of integrity. In fact, since purchasing my mini in July, I have come across many of Brent’s customers, all which have said the same, Brent is the best! I was not sure I wanted a mini and came across Brent’s ad. I left with a mini 2 hours after meeting him. There was no pressure and man does Brent know minis! Not to mention my car was certified and I was able to get warranty. Brent also helps you know where to go for reasonable services and parts.I have taken Brent up on his offers to ask questions as things come up. He responds right away. He is very patient, positive and stands behind what he sells. Brent has even rushed to my aide. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat and I have told anyone looking for a mini to go to him.I do not understand the last review given. It doesn’t make sense at all.

I bought a mini countryman way back in November and from the start of the car buying process to the end, Brent was fantastic. He was organized, detailed and beyond helpful. Just Bought my mini cooper S couple weeks ago, Brent is an amazing person to help car lovers get what they need and want, no BS up sells etc... great knowledge of Mini. This was the fastest car purchase ever made the process was very simplified.
