First time working out here was awesome! There is lots of space and the equipment is new, clean, and well kept. I would definitely come back here.

We did a drop in at Bed Rock. People were really friendly and the coach as well. We had a great workout and a great time, thank!!!

Bedrock has an incredible gym, awesome vibe, incredible coaching and they care about each person at each workout. Our family is better being there, and it has changed our daughter's life.
