HORRIBLE SERVICE . Today I went to cityscape bell store ,we wanted to put a eSIM in my our phone and we had done it before too . But she said it's not possible, and she was very rude and unprofessional so overall I rate this 1 star and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ?♀️

So today we went to the bell store to put an eSIM in my phone. When we asked the lady for the eSIM she said that it was not possible to put an eSIM in my phone when I have gotten an eSIM in my phone. To be honest she talked very rudely and was very unprofessional. So Overall I recommend not going there and wasting your time trying to get an eSIM when they won't do it.

This is the worst store I have ever been in, and Bell has the worst contracts that I have ever experienced. Avoid them at all costs, There are lots of carriers and lot of stores. Take your business elsewhere.

Waited an hour and a half, no one there even looked at me. Wanted to switch from Rogers but after seeing the service they provide I realize that it is not worth the hassle. No one should come here. If you’re going to have people work in the store, please at least train your representatives to treat the customers with some form of respect rather than letting them wait for an hour and a half without being helped. Left the store without even talking to anyone, two employees there were only talking to each other in their own language and seemed completely detached from their work.
