The Bellissima store at the Core is the best Bellissima store in Calgary, The staff especially Samantha and Azta are very professional, competent and helpful. I am customer at this store since 6 years, and during all this time I was very satisfied by the service.

The Core location staff are horrible to deal with especially the manager. My husband purchased items for Christmas for me. He got no service whatsoever. He purchased something in early October (we start shopping early) for Christmas gift and the manager told him he couldn't return. He had to get the regional manager involved. A note was put on his bill he could return item. When I found out how he was treated I returned the dress. They still gave me a hard time over return. Hint for store, just because someone wants to return doesn't mean they won't buy something else. You will turn customers off with a horrible return policy. I am so turned off of that store I don't want to go in there again.

Horrible online experience! Order went in Dec 2nd, wasn't shipped until the 19th, arrived two days after Christmas and the order was missing items. The e-commerce were not helpful and basically said they cannot do anything. Will never order through this company again. Just awful customer service.

I usually do my shopping at Market Mall Location where staff are friendly and helpful. For the first time, last night I visited the downtown location after work. I found the curly long hair staff there EGO and VERY UNFRIENDLY. She needs years and years of customer service training. I will never go back to this location. Be carful who you hire!

One star is too much! Unprofessional, rude and useless staff. Card terminal wouldn’t work, didn’t accept none of four cards I tried (cards from different banks and different countries), so I asked to book the item for me while I get cash from atm. When I got back my item was no longer in offer and they wanted me to pay 30% more.

Single star is for the collection ONLY . Colours and sizes are never available at the store and website reads '' NOT SOLD ON LINE' then why the brand? Manager of this store is loaded with ego and very unfriendly. Today I went for an exchange/return, no size, no colour at the store . The staff at the counter looked bit confused so she was asking the manager continuously for every next step. It took her huge time for my refund though I was the only customer at the store. She told me her manager can order the stuff for me , so i told her about the website problem , still I will talk to your manager but first let me get the refund . She was trying hard with the computer and was in great trouble. After she finished I told her now I can speak and reorder with your manager but she said she is busy , she cant ! Why to go in such a store ! Brands should take extra precautions with the behaviour of their staff with the customers .

Recently I walked into my favorite store Bellissima in the downtown location. I was immediately acknowledged by Samantha, she offered to free my hand from my heavy handbag I was carrying. Samantha is awesome, great customer service. She's knowledgeable and knows every piece of clothing in the store. Samantha took the time to show me every thing new in the store and at the same time greeting and attending to every customer that walked in. Her customer service skills are excellent. She's friendly and helpful in helping me to find what I'm looking for and in putting outfits together. If my size isn't available or something I want, she always goes above and beyond to find it for me. I recommend Bellissima to my friends and family, ask for Samantha!

My favorite place to shop with a great selection of fashion from casual to work attire. Bellissima carries Canadian designers which I love to support. With Samantha assisting and understanding my style, she creates an awesome shopping experience.

Staff at this location are always so friendly and helpful. The downtown location needs more shoppers. People should shop at the CORE too instead of just the malls.
