I bought a pair of pants which was 50% off and had no sign of final sale neither on the tag nor on the rack anywhere. Neither the salesperson informed me of that at the time of payment. I tried going to store twice and called once to sort this out and I was told I would receive a call back which didn’t happen. I was told that the receipt states that items 50% off are considered final sale but it sounds ridiculous cause I only get the receipt after I pay!! They told me I should know the specific polices of the store and compare the regular versus discounted price of the item and come to a conclusion that item falls under final sale category!!!! And I don’t think any customer browses polices and have a calculator handy to figure out all that stuff. Absolutely manipulative and embarrassing. That was my first and last time shopping here.

The manager at southcenter was absolutely amazing. She is the kindest lady there, I’ve been a loyal customer at belissima for about 7 years and my mom 11 + years now and I’ve always hated the staff, they’ve been rude privileged and completely disrespectful making comments like “you cannot afford that” but the manager made my visit a delightful experience today. My mom has literally cried leaving that store in the past due to their terrible choice in picking their staff members.Her beautiful smile was welcoming and her energy was absolutely radiant. That lady deserves the world. Thank you nishtha for being so amazing! Definitely will make my way into the store to look around at all the beautiful pieces you put together for me and to come say hello. Belissima you finally did good on a staff member!!!! Yayyyy

Great experience in Bellissima at the Southcentre location. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Tiya was very professional, patient and helpful. The store has good selection, reasonable prices.

Beside the Italian style exquisite special outfits bellissima has , thier customer service is one of the most impressive.
I couldn't decide between 2 leather jackets because they were both absolutely beautiful. Their patience helped me choose the right one wide leg jeans. Great store and unique items.

I visited the store in afternoon and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. I appreciated their knowledge about the products and their willingness to answer all my questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience thanks to the wonderful customer service provided. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this store to others looking for a positive shopping experience.

A big shout out to Tiya. She is an amazing sales person! I honestly did not enter the store to buy but I received such friendly customer service that I couldn’t help myself! She was happy to offer wonderful suggestions and style advice. I will be back for sure!

I was in Calgary for an event and had an awesome shopping experience in your store. The sales clerk, Larissa , was so knowledgable and helpful in finding me an outfit I felt good in. I usually dread shopping for clothes, but she made it enjoyable and took all the stress out. I tried on somethings I normally wouldnt and got what I needed. Thank You!

I came to Bellissima looking some fall outfits. It was my first time and I just wanna say what a beautiful feminine store. I've seen so far amazing collection and great customer Service, especially the young lady name Tiya who helped me pick out a nice jacket. she was so kind and sweet. I would love to come back again.

Teeya, the newer Black girl in Southcentre is such a joy to shop with with. You don't feel pressured when she's proposing items to you and she is very clearly passionate about fashion. It's a good idea to hire young bubbly girls so Bellissima can move on from its reputation as an ' old lady store' because there's actually quite a few hip and fashionable pieces!
