I’ve had multiple poor experiences here. Once there were two male staff members who were talking explicitly about a female customer. Other times have been ignored or passed over when staff members were clearly helping other people. There was one really nice female staff member who helped me today, but the rest were rude. Clothing quality has also gone down other than brands like Silver etc

Went in when their card machines were down. Kirsten and the other girl working with her (sorry I don’t remember the name) they were so nice! Kirsten made every call she could to get my purchase to go through so I didn’t have to come back. She ended up calling me while I was in the mall as their system came back up and was working. Their efforts and how nice they were was very appreciated

Terrible return policy! Bought some clothes that seemed to fit, got home and tried it again and didn't like a pair. The next day I return to the store to give a pair back with the receipt, next I know it they refuse the return. Reason "the ironing has been a bit ruined, sorry, we cannot accept it" TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t even able to return an item purchased during a pandemic because it exceeded 21 days. No leeway whatsoever, even with original receipt and all tags + barcode. Store manager couldn’t even offer a store credit or gift card or anything. Just apologized and said sorry? Buyer beware, don’t ever purchase gifts here either - the gift receipt is only valid for 21 days as well. Poorest return policy ever. 1 star because I can’t go 0.

Absolutely horrible service, would not recommend.
I came in looking for a specific hoodie and I didn't end up finding it but boy was I glad that I didn't do business with this terrible company. The staff provided awful customer service and their negative attitudes are reflected in their work.
I approached this girl for assistance, didn't get her name but she was white with brown hair, and it took some time before I got her attention as she was on her phone. When I did ask for assistance, she said she'd check the back and disappeared for roughly 10 to 15 minutes only for her to come back and say they didn't have it. Don't get me wrong, I'm more than happy to wait, what I don't appreciate is how awful the delivery was. She told me that they didn't have it, go check other stores (didn't specify which) and before I could follow up with other questions, she retreated to her other employees and started joking around and look at her phone.
The store looked messy so they could have worked on that. Plenty of other customers needed help but they didn't approach them. If customers did approach them, they were very dismissive and were of little to no help at all. I am glad I ended up leaving right after that interaction because I don't think I'll ever conduct business with this company ever again.
I'd give 0 stars if I could, awful service, awful organization, just overall a terrible business. Do NOT come here.

Gabby was really approachable and very helpful in finding the shirt I wanted and she rescued my $800 prescription sunglasses, which I forgot in the fitting room, and brought them to the information desk. Seriously, Gabby, I can’t thank you enough!

I have to say how amazing the staff is here. I have never felt so welcomed into a store before and how helpful everyone was to me. I really appreciate a place where I don't get smothered to buy something, rather I wanted to buy from them because of how great there customer service was! great jobs guys.
