I had a mishap here where I was sold a 1L pint of bathroom paint that wasn't mixed correctly, either the product was old or something went wrong with the mixing process (I stirred adequately before and during painting). I was obviously really frustrated when my paint job came out uneven as I reached the end of the job. I expressed my concerns to management and they were very understanding and apologetic and gave me what I needed to finish the job (paint, brush, roller). I appreciate the professionalism and care and compassion, and will return, even with the mishap.

i won’t be going back to this location. The young Male employee was weirdly hostile and unwelcoming. There are lots of paint stores around the area.

I came in to the store to pick colours for my home and had no clue what direction I wanted to go in and was very pleased to find out that the store has in home consultants who will come to your home and help you pick out colours. I hired Renae to come help me pick out colours and had everything planned out in one afternoon it was so much easier picking out colours in my own space!

Benjamin Moore has a vast selection of paints. I am currently in the middle of a home renovation and needed to figure out my colour choices. Christina was a big help to me, and seemed to figure out my favourite colours quickly. I was very pleased with the choices she helped me make! I will definitely go back the next time!
