Visited here a couple times for advice on tablets and cell phone plans. Apparently upon first visit I was told they don't provide phone plans at all by whoever was at the door and so I left. Next visit they were advertising it? Need the staff at the front door to be a little more wary about customer questions and provide better information lol

Brought it into best buy and a guy named Matt at geeksquad was so kind and patient with us. He figure it out and did not cost as much as we thought it could be. Thank you!

4 times now I have gone to this location only for them to be out of stock. Thankfully the 17th ave store always comes through. Will not be returning.

I’m extremely disappointed by this experience.
We went to the West Hills Town Center Best Buy just after 7:00 pm on Boxing Day to return a computer and pick up a replacement that had already been purchased online. Before leaving, we checked online and Best Buy clearly states that items can be returned on Boxing Day.
Despite that, we were told in-store that “no returns are being processed today.” The store was not busy, with dozens of employees standing around, yet we were given excuses that directly contradicted Best Buy’s own policy.
It was frustrating and inconvenient to make a winter trip for something that should have taken minutes. The focus felt entirely on pushing sales, not helping customers. Had this been communicated properly, we would have just had the item delivered and avoided the trip altogether.

December 26, 2025 visited the store to have a price adjustment done with Simran at the till and she seemed like she wasn’t convinced that she could process the adjustment even after asking 3 managers who confirmed in front of us she hesitantly processed the refund. Simran if you feel like you are not happy to help people spend your time somewhere else.

We went to check out some electronic products on Boxing Day! Hope to find good sale for Apple Watches, laptops, external drives and kitchen appliances!
We went to check out some refrigerators at Best Buy during their Black Friday Sale. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we decided to get a new one from them. We were also interested in a few other kitchen appliances, Fitbit & Apple Watches, Lego Botanicals Sets, Google Nest Cam & Doorbell etc. Overall it was another good shopping experience for us.

Purchase was fine but when I came to return my unopened item on Boxing Day they would not process my return. They said to come back the next day. I get it is a busy day but refusing to conduct regular business is poor. I had made a special trip and left feeling like I was not valued as those who were there to buy new items.

Wouldn’t give me price that’s displayed on shelves for an item. Said the sale ended yesterday and wouldn’t honour price displayed… at 3:30 in the afternoon. Super disappointed, they even checked with a manager to confirm. Won’t be back to this location.

I had an absolutely excellent experience here getting some new phones for my wife and I.
It was a bit of a wait being black Friday and all but Faizan was super honest and up front with me on what the billing would be and all that.
I recently had a rep from the phone company give me what I thought was an unbeatable offer, I later found out it was a lie but I still needed a new phone either way. Dilraj jumped in to help with the plan and since I'm a small business owner Bunny was able to find me a fantastic deal with some other bundles I already had. It was definitely a complicated process with all the unusual tasks I was putting the team up to. I noticed there was a couple other ladies helping with some of the computer work to set it up too. I didn't catch the 1 but I think the other lady's name was Daniya. I always like to give credit where credit is due even to Alex who just unlocked the door for me on the way out and confirmed that the new SIMs were still just porting over from the old provider.
I am floored that the whole crew was willing to stay almost 2 hours after closing to help me finish this up, I am super grateful for all their hard work and persistence. For me, my phone is kinda my lifeline. When my old one broke down I was in a really really bad spot but everyone on the team here went way above and beyond to make it happen for me today. Thanks again!!

Fantastic experience at his store, VRAJ and sahil was amazing they helped us many time Customer service was absolutely fantastic, knew tons about the different options and was super patient as we went through them all. I really really appreciate genuine help, if you ever want to go there ask about VRAJ he’s amazing highly recommend

Some staff here are super helpful and others greatly lack customer service skills. I simply wanted to switch out a defective product and 3 out of the 4 employees were very helpful and the other one completely ruined the experience.
