Bought Beats pro there recently. But a couple days later my ears won't work with it. So I went to return, that guy first says no return, only exchange. I told him, I red the return policy, I can return it for sure. And finally I did. LOL

I went to Best Buy to buy a new phone. We were really pleased with Roy’s service. He asked and listened to my needs and then suggested a plan and phone that would best suit me. I left happy. Thx Roy!

Twice in 1 week I have arrived to purchase two different items that was said to be in stock. Twice I have found the item on the shelf. Twice the Employees have had to retrieve the item feom the back. Twice they have come back saying they dont have the item in stock but they can order it for me. You know if I wanted to order the damn item I would have already. I recommend either just ordering the item online yourself from a different vendor or go elsewhere to buy it.

My 5-star review is not necessarily to the store or brand itself (although Best Buy has a great selection of electronics overall and the stores are quite organized). My 5-star is to their amazing staff present at the store who are there to answer our questions and help us find suitable gadgets. We go there regularly because of their staff and this personal/customized service (I avoid online shopping these days whenever I can and services with AI-assisted chats). I prefer much more going to the shop, and talk to the staff who does deserve our recognition and appreciation. And this shop has great staff (witnessed that several times) who does not try to push the most expensive stuff; they present a range of options and if they don't have something in stock, it is very convenient that they order online for us to pick up at the shop later.

Not the kind of guy to write reviews but arjun had some pep to his step he was sprint walking to find my item front to back of the store an absolute legend I mean the guy was working like he was getting paid $50 an hour great experience the next time something breaks i won't just be showing up because its close to my house ill be showing up because theres a great team working there

Best Buy is honestly the greatest place to buy electronics and anything tech-related. The store is always clean, the staff are super helpful, and they really know what they’re talking about. Every time I come here, I find exactly what I need—phones, laptops, headphones, whatever. The service is fast, the prices are fair, and the whole experience feels professional.
One of the best shopping spots in the city, no doubt.

We appreciated the very good service of the Best buy team at Northlands in Calgary, for the Black Friday Deals we made a few purchases and they ensured we also got some gift vouchers to make our buying decisions alot easier and would like to highly recommend
