Refuses to take a return from a laptop bought for Christmas that wasn't opened, saying only the original store can return it. Lucky I didnt go traxnyc on them. Sad this the only bestbuy in the south. If you can go to a different one with more helpful employees

AVOID this store. Bought an 85in TV a month ago and they still haven't delivered it. They keep dropping the ball and making up excuses and clearly nobody knows how to do their job.

Buyer beware they have a scam that they like to run where they say they have a deal on the protection plan but they can't take the difference off of it and have to take it off of the product such as a TV. So when you come in to get the price match due to TV prices dropping on something like black friday they will say they won't give you the full amount. This is because they took the money from the protection plan sale off the TV so you technically pay full price for the TV but they don't have to give you back the proper price match. So if the TV is 700 and they take off 60 for the protection plan discount and then the TV comes down to 500 they claim they only owe you 140 instead of 200$. Be aware and don't get scammed like I did. I hope someone can get some good use out of this. They also won't mention this to you at the time of sale.
