I’ve been going to this Best Buy for about 3 years, and honestly, the only reason I keep coming back is Komal. He consistently goes above and beyond every single time I’m in the store. No matter how busy it is, Kamal is an assistant store manager and he always makes time for me, answers all my questions, and makes sure I leave with exactly what I need.
Customer service like this is rare. Kamal is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping people—not just making a sale. Because of him, this Best Buy feels welcoming and worth returning to again and again.
If you’re thinking about visiting this location, do it—and ask for Kamal . He’s the reason this store deserves a 5-star rating.

Jan 4 2026: Hemant at Geek Squad was excellent at restoring my Chrome on my new computer; Hemant is a wizard and took his time with my old unresponsive computer and got all my Chrome tabs back for transferring to the new computer! Thanks and I will refer people to Hemant at Geek Squad!

I bought a chair online and went to pick it up at this store. When I got there the lady said they didn’t have it and “went to go check”. I told them they did so she checked the warehouse and they had it. She told me she couldn’t give it to me because the bank didn’t authorize the purchase but they did, so I had to buy it in store. All to get commission. Greedy people.

Received outstanding service today from Shane who works in the tv/audio department and demonstrated excellent product knowledge. He went out of his way to ensure I had the correct home theater receiver for the set-up I have with my speakers and tv. Even sought out a discount for me when I upgraded to a unit that wasn't on sale. Great job Shane, Best Buy will do well with staff like yourself and it would be excellent if they gave you some additional recognition.

Honestly I was going to head to Costco this morning and thought I'd check out Best Buy. Prices are very comparable, lots of sales on and OMG so many staff available to help and provide guidance and decision-making!

We ordered some stuff from Best Buy online during Black Friday. Our package never came, yet we were charged for it. After weeks on the phone with BestBuy, with no help, we decided to head into this store to see if someone could help us. Julia, the Customer Service Team Lead resolved our issue right away. We are very grateful for Julia's help because now we have our products and are now ready for Christmas.

Cody, Jaspreet i can't thank you enough for all the help and support you gave us to replace our 98inch TV with a better brand after the issues we had we really are happy with our purchase and with the great experience we got and the support and how you were eager to solve the issue we can't thank you enough.

Lucas in TV’s was so helpful!! I came in browsing and I feel like I got the best service and best tv. I loveeee it. I have come in numerous times since then and he’s always been very sweet and helped me find many other things.

Especially the employees are very good, most of the other beatbuy employees are not particularly helpful. Stewart Green SW Best Buy employees are very unhelpful and uncaring. 300-8180 11 St SE, Calgary AB T2H 3B5 and Jetliner employees here are very, very good and definitely deserve this praise.
