5 star service from Moe at the Deerfoot Meadows YYC location. Give this guy his promotion to full time.Came in looking for a new sound bar/ sub woofer setup for my home theatre. I had my eye on the Bose 900 sound bar with the Bose 700 sub. Moe was incredibly helpful in setting me up with this deal and helped me through the entire process. Very friendly and knowledgeable and was even able to knock the price down on my sub. This is the kind of customer service I know and love about Best Buy. He had me out the door in no time, with my new system. 5 star service from a 5 star employee. Merry Christmas Moe and Deerfoot Meadows Best Buy.

Ordered a new fridge from Best Buy. This company was supposed to delivery on Saturday. The delivery times were changed twice, then finally the third time was told that they have to reschedule to the following week without any remorse. We emptied our old fridge and moved it to the front entry to help them. I strongly recommend using a different big box store that has more experience with large appliance deliveries. You can always request price match from one of the other companies that specializes in large appliances.

I hate this store. Walk in attempting to buy a small cd player, walk out after seeing 962 big screen tvs, printers, modems, everything under the sun, 700 employees and nothing but marketing screaming “buy this! Buy this!”. It’s everything that’s wrong with capitalism and I hope I never find myself in a store like that again.

Bojan is a racist,He passes racist comments to customers.I have very bad experiences with him.Few weeks ago,They did not pack the floor model tv properly and because of that, there were physical damages to the tv. And when asked for it, they( Bojan) told me they are not responsible for packing floor models.Two days ago, When I went to return newly bought , never opened kitchen appliances, because I got a good price at Costco, Bojan asked me if he can help, I told him I got a good deal, he started mocking and passing racial imitations.

the staff was impressive. the younger ones were very attentive, everywhere we walked through the store. the older ones were knowledgeable of what was the better deal for what we asked for.Also, when they couldn’t answer, they didn’t abandon us- but led us to someone who could assist.Thank-you for being a connected solid team of associates here. We really appreciated it because we drove far and enjoyed walking out happy- spending less than we thought. Yes, we will be shopping at this Best Buy as our personal preference.

All the sales associates were very kind and helpful! I walked in and asked about their Oura rings and 2 associates gladly took me over to the display as it was a new item in stores. I was browsing for a few minutes and another associate came up and gave me a little more information about them. Great experience and will be coming back.

The best experience I have ever had at a Best Buy ever! I was helped by a gentleman named Crisvan in the sound-bar section! He went above and beyond and answered all my many questions. Super helpful, insightful, caring, professional, insightful, and definitely someone to keep around!

My wife and I purchased a pair of Beats Ear Buds from your Deerfoot Meadows location. We requested white. Lakshay, you sales person processed the sale and aggressively promoted a 2 year extended warranty telling us that we were on our own after 15 days if we didn’t take the warranty . His approach was so offensive that we declined and left the store. We arrived home to find that Lakshay had sold us Grey Ear Buds; not white as requested. We returned to the store and we’re told that the Ear Buds come with a 1 year warranty and we’re given the white ones.Either Lakshay has never been trained or he knowingly misrepresented your warranty policy to pad his commission. Very disappointed in the experience.

Bought a laptop in Jan 2023, after having bought a desktop a few years prior. Added geeksquad coverage to the laptop (or so I thought), since my desktop had issues, and it was a life saver.Today I went to geek squad to address a physical damage I got from last minute checking a bag at an airport to my new laptop, I was then told my coverage didn't include accidental damage, there were 2 options and mine didn't include accidental damage.Not only was I told that I cannot add it after the fact, I was never offered this coverage at the time of purchase and am now paying out of pocket for the repair. I cannot add it because of fraud, even though they will have my laptop to repair it........Who buys coverage that doesn't include accidental damage? Most electronics come with a manufacturer's warranty for the hardware, why are they not selling you on the warranty that you actually need????

Bought my 2 phones and TV here before covid and I was readily assisted here. Sad that customer service here went downhill. Young staff (esp the one wearing a turban annd glasses) are too lazy to assist anymore, discrimates and no "extra mile". Need basic product knowledge and not be dismissive. I asked 2 staff about a dashcam and phone and both gave poor service. I recommend going elsewhere.

I came into this store yesterday and i normally don't leave reviews but the service i received from an employee, Arsal, was great. I haven't had good experiences shopping at this location before but this employee was very patient with explaining TV specifications. i will for sure be coming back to him for future purchases. 10/10

Possibly the most frustrating customer service experiences I have encountered.My husband and I spent over an hour waiting to see if my current laptop under full warrantee could potentially be replaced. Eventually coming to the conclusion, that I must purchase a brand new laptop, after sending it away for diagnostics for a week.I run my own business on the side, so having this replaced in a timely manner was my only option. Upon purchasing a brand new laptop, it was explained, it was not in stock so I would need to have it shipped directly to the store. (I also live 1.45hrs from the closest Bestbuy). I ventured into the store over a week later and was told the laptop had an issue upon arrival and was sent back for a replacement, which they did not notify me of. Very frustrating to drive almost two hours into town for this. They then said this time around that they could in-fact send it directly to my home. It’s now been over a week and I have still not received my purchased item, when they had promised it would be there within 2 days. Contacting them has been a joke as they called and left a message asking me to call back without any call back number and trying to reach any store branch just send you to centralized Best Buy directory who could not help. The third time I went in the manager gave me they direct email in which they have not responded to.I have never made a negative review in my life but this is getting absurd as I expressed the urgency in getting a working laptop. We will certainly never be purchasing another item from this business in the future.Buyers beware.
