I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. We arrived around 1:00, and Harleen was pretending to help us to choose a phone. We asked about iPhone 16 Pro 256GB. At first, she was insisting that you should go with the plan, but we said that we don’t want afterthat she was forcing to give us the 16 Pro 128GB. We made it clear that we want the 16 Pro 256GB in black titanium. At that moment, she was rude to us and said that after wasting our half an hour, you could buy it on February 28, but we need that on urgent basis and we planned that let’s go to apple store and that time she was looking on screen for more than 5minutes, and she left us without saying anything.We didn't know from where she was getting the phone for us.
Her behavior during the payment process was ridiculous, and at the same time ,she was also asking others what they wanted. The three of us were sitting in front of her, and she wasn't paying attention to us. Customer service was zero.The way she asked me to take out card was disrespectful.we spent $1700 and still didn’t get a paper bag for our purchased items. We don’t know why she was frustrated and rude with us. Bad customer service.

My worst experience at a cell phone counter: they had seven counters, but only two representatives were active during busy hours. Despite a long queue of customers waiting for assistance, neither the manager nor any representative took action to improve the customer experience.

Employee named Amardeep helped us with our major appliances purchases and had very good experience with it. Amardeep went above and beyond to help us with the appliances we were looking for. Would really recommend him if you are looking for any purchases there!!

Went in the sunridge location for a printer . Stood in the area for good 30 mins. No help offered. Saw employees in groups standing in sections of the store on their phones. They will look at you , know you need help and look the other way.
Finally i approached an employee loading up the printer shelves.
I asked if i can get a hand to carry the printer to the front as this was a big business printer and needed 2 people to lift.
Buddy said Ok and walked away. I thought he might come back and help but he was gone. I walked around the shop floor to find if someone was available but they were fully staffed on the floor but no one was willing to help.
I walked out really disappointed . Please go to another location or store.

Never expected this kind of service from Best buy very disappointing. Spoke to the supervisor Heera at the desk about my complaint and she was not even willing to listen...she had made up her mind that we did not force ur hand to pay. ....All i was explaining her was i contacted Geek squad more than a month back to cancel my protection plan and was told someone from the store will reach out to me which did not happen this happened twice and another month went by ......Also I was told several times that I got a screen protector free because of this protection plan....by the way I received that screen protector today after visiting the store several times and was told it was out of stock...very frustrating experience.....will think twice going back there.

literally the worst workers ever do NOT come here needs to be shutdown the workers never are on time it’s like they are in their own world i was in like for 25 minutes and the workers are just walking around staring us down like???

Not impressed with best buy they sell r printer/copyer but don't sell the ink that goes with it which makes absolutely no since that's a total contradiction of selling the product!!

Customer service was terrible, we had to ask 3 different employees to help us with purchasing a washing machine. The guy who ended up helping us was rude and seemed to care more about scrolling on his instagram feed rather than helping us complete our purchase, other than that he failed to give us any details regarding the delivery process. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there, just handed me our receipt and walked away without saying a word. Totally unacceptable customer service coming from Best Buy

Employees here are terribel, frome management to some dude stocking shelves whos gon say anything to get you off his way and not be bothered to help you out. Was looking for camera accesories and this guy was sending me to the home entertainment, and kept telling to “just go” and find what im looking for, the manager isnt even any better, telling my concerns regarding this and being very same thing, not helpful, literally showing me an outdated product when they have 5 other items on a different shelf of a better brand and disregarding my decision the entire time.

Rude af employees, from sales associates to cashiers. Not a single one of em interested to help, doesnt even care if youre buying, and is more upset to open a locked items for you and carry it to the cashier.

AVOID this location! Went in yesterday only to wander around for 25 minutes looking for assistance. I finally found someone who “paged” someone BUT no one showed up! I will use my gift card at a different location!
I ended up leaving and went to VISIONS where I received superior service. Go to Visions- Memory Express down the street, folks!
Best Buy: Improve or you’ll be shutting down soon enough.
I’d give 0 stars if possible…
