I needed an out of province inspection done with a specific deadline and none were available for me locally, so I booked an appointment at this shop almost one week in advance. The day of, I came in from out of town and the garage was closed, with no one answering the phone after multiple attempts. This created a huge last-minute headache where I had to find someone else. Very unprofessional.

Highly professional people with kind and friendly staff. Quality work done by these guys on my jag. The shop is Nearby sunridge mall so that if the repair is taking a while you can spend some time at the mall.

I sum up my experience with Bestway Auto as brilliant engineering knowledge laced with world class customer service.I had taken my car with significant axle damage to another auto place and the cost was prohibitive. Following, a referral, I took it to Bestway and their estimate was less than a third of the other vendor's cost.They did a good job and Jas was super friendly and helpful. This is definitely a 5 star Auto practice.

As the name implies, this is by far the BEST auto repair shop that I have dealt with in Calgary. I would rate them a 5 star +.Positives:- Don't have to wait a long time to get an appointment. They try to fit you in as soon as possible.- They don't pressure you or upsell to do unnecessary repairs.- Staff is professional, well qualified and very knowledgeable.- Repairs are carried out in a very satisfactory manner.- Prices are very reasonable. Got our truck in as soon as they could to get our heater core replaced, all said and done, showed us the leak on the old heater core. Amazing prices. Good honest guys. We will be back!!! Thank you Jas and team!

My old VW Passat 2.0T wasn’t running like it self at all we had other mechanics charge way to high just to fix minor issues. These guys not only charge less they are very honest and do everything that needs to be done. They fixed my car and made it like brand new it runs faster and uses less gas now
