Would recommend them to everyone brought my 2013 genesis coupe show car here. Every conversation was extremely friendly it was as if one of my buddy's was fixing it for me. And working in the service industry myself these guys do great work 5 stars isn't enough they need a 10 star option

Absolutely crappy service.
I booked an out of province inspection with them 2 weeks ago. They told me to come anytime in the morning as they will have a slot. I reached at 10:30 on the day of my appointment, and they took the car and told me to come back after 2 hours. I offered to come back at 1pm and told them I'll hang around in the area as I live far.
I came back at 1pm and they looked surprised, Viktor told me that I was back early. I told them I was asked to come back at 1pm. Then he mentioned that they're running behind and can try to get the inspection done by 3pm but not sure about the time because the mechanic has to eat lunch. The frustration comes from having an appointment and still being made to wait so long with no specific time. I had to take the car away because they couldn't tell how long it will take for them to do the 1.5 hour inspection as they had other cars. Why even make an appointment when you're not even managing them. Seemed like a first come first serve kinda process. No apology for delay. I just had to leave as I couldn't wait any longer.

Victor explained my transmission issues to me thoroughly and in a way I could understand. The whole experience was painless. I will return here if I have any other transmission or differential problems.

The best auto repair shop experience I’ve ever had. The employees were kind, easy to communicate with and very informative. They were honest with me about what work was needed. Pricing was fair and work was completed in timely manner. Definitely coming back here. Thanks guys.

These guys have always been fair and really solid. As someone who has a fair amount of experience fixing cars myself, and a strong BS meter, these guys have been straight shooters and with amazing customer service.

Did a great job on my wife's car OOP inspection and only failed it for some stuff I figured it would fail for. They were able to complete the repairs same day and offered a good price on parts and labor.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience or friendlier banter from Victor and staff.
If you want direct communication, respectful interaction and honest feedback this is a shop I’d strongly recommend. I’m glad I came in from the good words I’ve heard.
I’ve been to multiple shops prior and have yet to meet someone as kind and genuine!
Will be taking my car back here if anything else ever pops up.

Victor and the team are honest, kind, and experts at car repair. I am constantly impressed with their integrity and they will never upsell you on unnecessary fixes. They have kept our vehicles running well over the last 12 years, and as recently as today, helped to fix the power lifter on our RAV4 (I wasn’t even charged although I was more than willing to pay!)
Thanks to Victor and the team for their care for people and their vehicles! There isn’t a better auto shop than Beyond Transmissions!

Thanks for Victor and Jim. Although I didn't solve me small issue, but Victor prevented me from spending unnecessaryly +500$, when in many other workshops they would have encouraged me otherwise. Recommend to use their services.
