I recently purchased three kurtas from this store and had an exceptional shopping experience. Dimpy, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful and patient throughout my visit. She took her time assisting me in finding the perfect size and style that matched my preferences, ensuring I left completely satisfied.
The store consistently offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with staff who are approachable and genuinely care about their customers. Even when I wasn’t completely happy with one of the kurtas, they handled the refund process smoothly and without any issues.
Shopping here is always a pleasure, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make the experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality Punjabi clothing and excellent customer service. They will take great care of your needs!

My daughter in law needed a couple dresses for a friends Indian wedding. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in what she needed. Everything was really beautiful and tailoring was super fast.

I have been a loyal customer since the store's earlier days by the old OK General and have always appreciated the service. However, my recent experience has left me quite disappointed.
Living out of town, I reached out to Poonam to inquire about outfits in my size, but after several follow-ups, I received no response. Eventually, I asked my parents to assist me in finding two outfits—a Lengha or Sharara in orange and purple—within a budget of $100-$120.
On October 4th, my parents visited the store and were shown an orange Lengha (Size 48) and a Periwinkle Sharara (Size 44). They were informed that the cost was approximately $150, plus additional tailoring fees. I instructed my father to purchase only the orange Lengha, which required alterations including the removal of cups and sleeves.
Unfortunately, the staff convinced my parents to buy the Sharara as well, assuring them that it could be tailored from a size 44 to a size 50. When I tried on the Sharara at home, it did not fit at all, which was extremely disappointing. Additionally, I found the orange Lengha did not fit as well as hoped, but I had to make do since I needed an outfit for an event in Vancouver.
On the day of the event, I encountered several issues: the latkan from the blouse broke, the zipper got stuck, and the top was overly loose, detracting from the overall appearance. To add to my frustration, I noticed a crusty white residue on the inside of the blouse.
In total, we spent nearly $325 on both outfits, and unfortunately, I was unable to wear either one. I am deeply dissatisfied not only with the service but also with the quality of the garments received. While I am not a frequent buyer of Indian clothing, I do make purchases with careful consideration and an expectation of quality. Regrettably, this experience did not meet those standards.

I visited the store first time and all their employees were just looking at our face and didn’t ask us what we wanted,I was standing for five minutes and asked for showing suits and then the lady who shows the dresses was in her attitude and her behaviour I feel was not good and the same feeling I am getting from the dress I bought because of that bad experience.I don’t want to visit this place again.

Was there yesterday. Ask the clothes were lying on the floor. Even found $400 worth of suits mixed with other. No cx service.

We had the best experience at this store. I came here twice and bought so many different fabrics and accessories. Each time the girls were super nice and helpful. Everyone likes help and accommodate despite being super busy. We selected the best fabrics at really good prices. Customer service is unmatchable. We didn't like experience at other desi stores. They all failed to show the welcoming spirit. The owners are super nice, polite and attentive. Thank you for the experience.

Excellent customer serviced from Pooja, had gone to but sari blouse and she assisted me with not only blouse but showed Kurtis of my size on special clearance, she went extra mile to make my purchase worthwhile

Bhatia Cloth house is not just a business, but it is family. Not only have I grown up shopping here, i have always been greeted with respect, kindness and a commitment to ensuring me and my family leave happy!
I trust all the staff, whom I view as family, from Poonam Aunty, Loveleen, and Jaskirat ji with the many other women who tailor, they who have ensured the all my outfits are tailored in a timely way so I am ready for any event no matter what!
I wish I could name each member to show my appreciation.
Despite coming here for so many years, I am always in awe of the way we are always taken care of. Not only my family in Calgary, but from all over the world, we trust in them always.

Liked it.. very big but too much crowd and no one follows covid regulations like distancing and mask which are not mandatory anyway.. the pricing is OK.. I will go again..
