Please avoid shopping in this store. The products are substandard, the customer service is very terrible. They don't have any supervisor or manager on sites. There is no direct contact phone number to speak to and the staffs (who hardly speak proper English) only point you to just an email on the wall to contact and the responses from the email address is not helpful at all.

We went to get some items from Bianca Amor’s
When we comes to cashier.we drop our stuff there associate just scanning items and not even greeted to customer and she was loud and talking with all other cashier in other tills also they. Were talking in Philippine language not even in English.
So disrespectful .

The new smaller layout of the store makes it very crowded and hard to pass in the aisles. I miss the less compacted mess of biancas, it's pretty chaotic being smaller

Came here recently and it was AWFULL. For starters all the staff were super rude and useless and all of the products are either broken or knockoffs. All the food products have expired 2 years ago. The entire store is super un organized with products all over the place, and only a few employees for the entire store. The bathroom there also is super nasty and smells. Overall this store is super bad and I do not recommend

On July 2 at 1:36pm I visited your store at #1020 - 999 36 St. NE Calgary and bought a kitchen sponge set for $3 and I paid with a $20 bill. (My receipt number is 1770000021681). The cashier M. J. (his full name as printed on my receipt can be reported on request) changed only two $5 bills and $5.85 in coins (total only $15.85) to me. I argued with him and finally he gave me back the missing $1. Worse still, despite that I paid with a $20 bill, he deliberately entered just $5 into the computer as what he received. ie., the receipt shows that he received only $5 instead of $20. I believe he did that on purpose and tried to manipulate the cash received as a way to make extra money. I could have lost money had I not paid enough attention. That's disgustingly dishonest. I will not shop at your store again!

Great collection of rugs at very good prices!
Staff is helpful and nice..so happy with my 6 by 9 rug ($70) for our dining area…will be visiting them again for more rugs and bath matts?

I bought 2 sets of dining room chairs. Got them home, unboxed one, and realized it's a set of bar stools. Pack it all back up head in with my receipt and was told I cant even exchange the item because they did not have it in stock. How did you sell me two of the same thing, but not have the proper quantity in stock?
