The worst place to visit all racists. I experienced the worst customer service ever. They don’t have any respects to the customers. They don’t deserve to be a Canadian store and run a business with disgusting behaviour.

~ Not surprising really, that there are still consumers of perishable products that don't check the BB date on items previous to purchasing anywhere, .... especially in a "Liquidation" shop.Personally have spotted olde' dates on perishable items in 'regular' shops !! And if the 'regular shop' costumer service desk doesn't have a line-up, I leave it with/ enlighten them, so they can hopefully 'pass onto' the shelf-stockers. Or I place it back on the shelf (safely) noticably upside down or sideways, so a staffer will possibly notice the outdated BB date and process unit appropriately !~ a previous R/C purchaser review did not mention, if they fully charged the batt's previous to initial trial run of their purchase !? A requisite procedure in the initializing process, of any device that utilizes 'rechargable batt's'.Even more-so when the batt' type, are the inferior olde tech' ni-cad variety !! Also would chk the life left on possibly supplied 'conventional single-charge' batt's .And being a very affordable eye-catchin' product price point acquired by any liquidation shop buyers, the batt's are likely at least twice as old as similiar (if not same) product you may pay hundred(s) $ more at alternate sources !! :-)~ Some 'chuckle' moments when mentioning to staff a couple times when, I've enlightened them to the probable reason why some toys (coincidentally r/c unit) have such a eye-catching affordable price point !ex. packaging states 1:16th scale, when it is closer to 1:32nd !!Any product of personal interest, would mean bringing in some realworld specs. (of usually a vehicle), and an appropriate scale rule', ask a staffer to open the container for me, so I can measure key points to confirm it is what I want, and if close enough ;-) , subsequently purchase possible multiple units due to their very affordable price pt. !!~ Usually about once a week drop-in for specific item(s), or since they are open till 9pm, (as part of a shopping circuit usually sec'd. last) chk for any new items generally in "tools" & "automotive" LoL~ Recently dropped by, couple wks into " " month (of course had been there first day of sale ....Jan. 1st) 8-) ; selected a cleaner hand basket; went over to applicable hangers & bins to extract units to basket overflowing; then to cash register to pay for, also found out "overflowing" = 21 selected units; borrowed a pair of scissors to trim out price lvg , before heading dwtn right-a-way to CDiC loading dock buzzer & page a staffer, to 'gift' them for their cold-weather clients ---- 21 pairs of mitts; and mentioned at least once, "freshly' purchased 'purple dot' items at Bianca Amor's" !! 8-)~ Either 'cause of extremely lazy clientele/customer, or a short-staffed month, this location had become a mess compared to the mid-south location, north of 58th Ave.S.~ A couple of us had a chuckle when I mentioned, "you could likely find olde stock at the bottom of some piles on the shelves that even managements' system likely is unaware exists anymore" .Used to go to the 58th ave. location, and have started again, with chking stock for the 'purple dot clearance' ! It is nicely laid out, maintained, and well-lite !~ Received in our wkly (J'19th) hard copy flyer bundle, in the mailbox. And found the latest B.A. flyer which also announced the 'Grand Opening' of another N.E. location. Was able to pop over and found it to be a go-to store' if item stock is lower in others. :-)Hopefully staff will be able to keep ahead of any lazy clientele that may come over from the aforementioned 37 ave. location outlet, and there was already a couple hints of some but that amount is 'normal' every where . . . .And now even the latest new location in Calga

Visited 29th Street location January 20, 2024. I understand food items might be expired, but when the year is 2024 and a food item is selling from 2022, is absolutely ridiculous! Taco Shells stale as hell. Went right into the garbage. As a business owner, you should be ashamed of yourself, selling such products. We are not talking a couple weeks expired. Sick! Won't be back.

Bought RC quad truck, battery was junk. Called to see if they sold replacement batteries. Person who answered didn't understand my question and told me to drive there (35 km) to see for myself. Terrible products, terrible customer service.

You shop at places like this for the prices not the customer service and I love it. I can walk in for one thing (like a carpet), and I'll walk out with a cart-full and still not feel like I've overspend!

Bianca Amor Pacific Place Mall, first of all the lady close the door when they still have 20 more minutes, we are 2 customers at the door, she opened it and told us there is only 10 minutes left which is 8:40 pm when she told us. I said I only have 1 item to get.. Secondly the staff name Allen is so rude to answer customer’s questions, I asked him if they still have the water pump which I saw before, he answered it rudely and showing attitude like he is so annoyed that I get in late, as I don’t have time earlier. I couldn’t find what I am looking for so I ask him again and show the picture, he said I already told you there is none with really rude remarks, I asked him what is his name, he casually said Allen and just continue walking like this is really a regular thing in there store that they can just do rude things to customers, please train your people properly with right attitude. I asked nicely to them, they should answer nicely too. If they don’t want their job and can’t wait to go home please ask them to quit their job.. Most of the staff here are so rude although some of them are cheerful and helpful when u ask for help.Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

Trying to find actual help to figure out information was almost impossibly yesterday. We were wanting to buy an outside rug. Even the label on the rug was wrong. We struggled trying to find the bin the rug was in. Finally got what we thought was the right one, according to the little photo on the rug. Well it was not. Apparently can’t take it back. The one young man we asked for help at first to even find where the rugs were, actually said, they are in the corner somewhere, over there.I get that not everyone enjoys their job, how about some kindness, or get out of that job. I thought about complaining about the attitude, no one else was around but the, kind cashier. It’s really sad, when you can’t get help to purchase something at a store. I should have walked out and ordered on Amazon. The rug we got was pretty, just the wrong colour.

if you buy the doggie stairs hope your dog can talk to the gods to tell him if he can get up the stairs. Apparently your dog is not allowed to try them first

The competition is fierce for every segment of market price wise nowadays, I wish and hope they can withstand the head winds.
