Extremely disappointing experience. I booked a premium appointment for 9:30 a.m. but was forced to stand for two hours due to the complete lack of seating or proper waiting arrangements. The staff member, Neha, spoke to customers in a condescending manner, reflecting a serious lack of professionalism.
I intend to formally report this incident—including all relevant details—to the Ministry of External Affairs, as the behavior observed, including solicitation of a bribe, is unacceptable and demands immediate attention.

very bad experience if services and giving appointments but no values of appointments time you need to wait more than 2 hrs .. very bad service experience No value for your times.. Need to learn from foreign culture if you giving appointments someone on specific time need to serve properly.. Need to improve the service for the indian.

This is a very unprofessional place that the us visa office work with for pickup services. When I call in advance to confirm the operation hours, the number won't direct to this Calgary location. It is a general line for BLS PASSPORT/ VISA application mainly. When they ask my ID as a proof for my approved us visa pickup, they took my driver's license away into a very small room out of my eye sights for a long time... I'm worried about my personal information get copied or released as im not comfortable leaving my piece of ID to unknown people without signing any privacy protection aggrements here.

WORST EXPERIENCE !!
If you ever feel homesick, visit BLS which will give an authentic Indian government office experience.
They find silly mistakes to reject your application. The rejection comes after waiting minimum 2 hours in spite of booking appointments. They neither respect our time nor the appointment schedule. Everytime, they force us to book premium lounge for a simple form to avoid their pointless rejection. This is no difference than demanding bribes to do their literal job. PCC application is the simplest form I have ever filled. It took 3 rejections and a premium lounge to do exact the same thing I did. They don't accept until you upgrade to their premium lounge.
Without my consent, they even charged extra for delivery. I could've picked it up from their office to avoid that fee.
Everything with BLS is awful. So regretful.

Thank god finally my application for oci is submitted after 6-8 months. Gurmehar being the kindest and proffesional person I met in BlS Calgary. She has done a great job. Thank you so much!!

They don’t even get any work done on time. The employees are disappointing and always finding faults in the application. My appointment was at 11 and I waited for 3 hours.she didn’t even saw my application and told me there are few faults in the applications.

Bls staff is very rude,ignorant unhelpful. I have appointment today at morning. Security personnel didn't listen at all that I have appointment there. Security personnel should be trained properly according to this job requirements.Only he was forcing me to stand with my kid and wait in line with walk in people in cold weather. Then what is the point to give appointments. Finally he let me in then front desk gave me A6 number. That number never been called for service until I waited there for 2 hours. Finally I approached to staff and they told me they are serving now A12 number. I was shocked to hear this and they purposely skipped my number.
Finally one of staff member was called A13 number and then I approached here. She was full of attitude and very rude. She purposely made errors in my application and don't want to process further. I took time off from my work and that oci card was for my kid. My kid got very late for school. Unnecessary bls staff made us late and wait there. At end outcome was zero. Security personnel should do his job more diligently. There should be two different lines for walk in and appointments. Staff should get trained how to behave with customers instead of showing their boastful nature and attitude. They don't consider if anyone is waiting with kids in cold. I wish this company should not get further contracts from Indian government and this boastful staff should be out of job. I don't want to give even one star to bls. But I don't have choice. Please train your staff for better customer service instead of behaving like a immigration officers.

We were blessed to be taken care off by Gurmehar. She is very polite and handled our application in a professional manner. Few of our documents were filled wrong but made sure to refill them correctly and took upon on her to make them right. It was pleasure interacting with her for our applications. the worst experience i have ever had in my entire time in Canada, the people are not helpful at all, they all are greedy for money. They will keep asking you to book in premium lounge in order to extort money out of you, they kept us in line for so long and still didn’t help us at the end. They have no consideration for people standing outside in cold for hours. Worst place to be, and i am still waiting till date for my work getting done

Unprofessional.
No regard for time.
Staff don’t know the process.
Can’t even speak in English properly.
Fees on website is different from what they say at the office. .
Visiting this office is waste of time and money.
Extremely disappointed! Can’t believe this is a Visa and passport service office .
No wonder , Indian Government has banned their future tender for 2 years .

I visited the BLS office calgary for pcc and it was an amazing experience. I was assisted by Priyanka and she made the process so smooth for me and my husband. Even my husband's appointment was little later because due to some reason we couldn't booked on the same time slot she understood the urgency and to saved time. The submission was so quick. I am thankful to Priyanka for her proffessionalism.
