Absolutely amazing staff- very friendly, knowledgable and understanding. Haley is one of the wonderful staff members who helped make the transition into my storage unit as seamless as possible. The facility itself is clean and the prices are quite reasonable. 5/5 recommend this facility if you're looking for a storage unit.

Bluebird storage at 96th is excellent, I'm back for the 3rd time. Lockers are spacious and clean, and they are also affordable, but the cherry on top is the awesome customer service. Haley and crew are amazing. I recommend this facility!!!
