I went there minutes ago and just needed money transferred from my savings to a TSFA. Sounds simple enough yet it was a challenge. One employee passed me on to the next. Vanessa then asked as the lady that saved the day. She was really patient, reassuring and walked me through the journey with her. She apologized for the delay and even allowed me access to the washroom despite it not being public. She was a really sweet lady. She seemed more worried about taking my time than I was and I appreciate that. She has a lot of compassion and is a gentle person. Thank you again Vanessa!

We had a very nice experience with one of the BMO mortgage specialist named Dixie Leung there. Very friendly and approachable. Mortgage transfer was done smoothly. We would recommend her services. Looking forward to do business with her again in the future.

I don't know about everyone else here but I had a great time at BMO. Lost my card recently and it was promptly replaced. The staff are very friendly and patient, and the customer service is great. Glad to be banking with BMO.

Cancels appointments last minute. Never have enough space or time for people. Lady was not accommodating and rude on the phone.

Had an unimpressive visit trying to activate a credit card. They asked so many question that I had already answered when applying for the card and gave me multiple conflicting answer when telling me what to bring to activate the card. The mail I received said to bring ID and the card itself. Huge waste of time and honestly made me reconsider banking with them at all

I've been waiting in line for a long time. There are two representatives and a line of customers, and no one cares...
Other associates walk around and just pretend it is not their job to help!
How much would it cost to put more representatives on the front desk for BMO?

I’ve never written a Google review before but felt the need because of how unprofessional, incompetent and rude the staff are. You’d think after all the other horrible reviews this culture would change. It was enough to make me never want to bank with BMO.

If I could I would give zero, one trailer did not know what to do and just stood there and wandered around. The other one just chatted with customers for 20 minutes. Advisors couldn't do anything to help with troubleshot. They should know the priority of their job when there is a long lineup. Not recommend this branch.

Slowest service ever- If you don’t have to come here to see a teller, I wouldn’t. There’s currently 8 people waiting and there’s 1 teller. While offices are full of financial advisors. Management of this branch should be held accountable for poor service and lack of attention to their clients.

If I could give you no stars at all or even minus -5 would be great. The only reason I come here is for work. Besides there is either 2 or 3 people on staff to do banking. Sooo freaking slow have to stand in line and second in line for 20-30min before getting served. Your location on Macleod is amazing and love going there as they have great customer service.
Your staff take money out of my pocket when I come here cause I only get paid to a time limit.
Please work on your customer service cause I will never have my money in your bank.

Staff are OK, but the branch has horrible wait times. Each time I've been there it's been a consistent 20-45 minute wait with only a few people ahead of me. Branch is disorganized and understaffed.

I definitely see why this bank has SO MANY 1 star ratings as this must be one of the slowest banks in Calgary. Avoid this bank at all cost. They love to waste people’s time.
