The cashier forgot to take the security tag off. Since they folded my pants, I only noticed the tag when I came home. I needed those pants but couldn’t wear them because of the cashier’s carelessness.

I had an absolutely fantastic shopping experience at Bootlegger located at Sunridge Mall, Calgary. I received exceptional assistance from Nicole, one of the staff members. She expertly helped me choose the perfect clothes and jacket that not only looked great but also turned out to be a perfect choice for my vacation. The pictures I took wearing the jacket were absolutely stunning, and I couldn't be happier with her advice. Nicole's assistance made my shopping trip memorable, and I'll definitely be returning to Bootlegger for their outstanding service. Thank you, Nicole!
