Hugo boss is junk! The company has literally turned upside down. Garbage quality. I’ve noticed this over the years of being a loyal customer. $550 for two pairs of pants that after being worn once they are just junk. The fabric, the feel, everything is junk. Save your money! Switch to a new brand! This company is junk I wouldn’t wear their clothes for free now

Do yourself a favor and check out Harry rosen!!!On Sunday November 12th, Me and my buddy walked into Chinook mall Hugo Boss location, walked all the way back to the suit section and not greeted once by any staff. Finally, i was greeted by the Asian fella(didn't get his name). I told him I was looking for a suit and I need it in 3 days because I am leaving the country for an event.His instant response was "that's not going to happen". I was pretty stunned because I'm sure I'm not the first person that came into Hugo Boss that was in need of a suit immediately. He had a very negative attitude and made it pretty clear he was not too excited to help me. As I walked around, I pointed out a couple suits and asked him if they had my size, turns out they did have my size and it is very possible to get a suit in 3 days. At this moment, I knew I was not in the right hands and I did not trust him.As I was trying on my suit, he comes up to me and makes a comment "did you not know you're leaving the country? Why didn't you come in before "? Again I was stunned because I have never had anybody speak to me like that while I'm there to give them my business. He was very unprofessional and rude.I tried on a couple suits and tuxedos but they did not seem to fit the way I wanted them to and honestly, even if they were a perfect fit, there was no way I'm letting this joke of a salesperson make money off me.His attitude the entire time was so negative and he was not helpful whatsoever.The next day on November 13th, I walked into Harry Rosen at the TD Core mall in downtown and I told them I need a suit in 2 days now since i had lost a day. Anik at Harry Rosen went above and beyond, talked to his management to make sure he could accommodate me before he showed me anything. He was positive and told me he would try his absolute best to have it in 2 days. We picked out a beautiful Armani tuxedo, I dropped 3g's cash and picked up my tuxedo in 2 days! Will definitely be back to Harry Rosen!I am so glad I didn't give Hugo Boss my business!

Staff at this location has very poor knowledge of company policy. The nerdy looking asian guy who first served me was very confused. He tried to argue with black and white return policy posted on their own official website by quoting his experience working at other stores(???). He had an uppity attitude and bragged about working at the mall since he was 13, great job making a lifelong career out of retail sales though!The manager he eventually had to refer me to was much more competent and professional, she did manage to process the return.

I purchased a suit in May, and as I understand the 30 day refund or return policy, i have worn the suit 5 times and all the fabric is piling and coming apart, it looks as if i have had the suit for 10 years. I wasn’t looking for a full refund or anything but a little more then sorry nothing we can do. Kind of difficult to return a suit after 30 days to see if the material is going to fall apart. Will never purchase another item from the store

The worst company ever, it took them 3 weeks to generate a return label when on their website it says return label are included in the box with your purchase, then 2 months to process the refund so all together since my purchase it took 3 months until I got my money back plus with so many phone calls to request that, just be aware don’t purchase from them, the worst customers service ever, from a company like this ?? don’t give your business to them they don’t deserve it, also quality sucks, you can get 100 time Better things somewhere else …. They dont Even deserve one star ⭐️

Custumer service today from the blonde lady was just perfect . She was nice, helpful, smiley, and very hard working.When I came in to the store she was the first one, who came over to me and ask if I need any help, even so she was busy with something else.The other 2 male staff at the store , was just standing there and chatting , I didn’t even get what was their duty at the store

Store manager and his team knows very well how to treat their customers like BOSS. Great job guys. Sm went way above and beyond to help me out and make sure the transaction was smooth. Awesome. Rare to find such kind of service. Keep it up ?

If you want to walk into a high fashion store to see employees all sitting around on their phones, this is the place to go. This store does not represent the brand and I will buy Hugo Boss product from Harry Rosen where the client experience matters. Worst Hugo Boss store I have ever entered.

Horrible experience with this store. DO NOT have them send you the suit with UPS. Mine got lost in the mail and they washed their hands of me as soon as the suit said delivered (even though it wasn't). I was forced to go buy another suit elsewhere days before a wedding. The store manager wouldn't tell me if there was insurance on the suit for about a month and then finally told me that they don't put insurance on their mail. The store still claims the suit was delivered even though it wasn't. UPS takes forever to follow up to a claim. I would highly suggest shopping for a suit from anywhere but this store. Terrible customer service, terrible customer appreciation, terrible in all aspects. HUGO BOSS SUCKS.

To be honest I’m terrible at getting dressed up…thank goodness for Kiarash!! Showed up here at 7pm on a Thursday looking for a Blazer/Pants combo for a Saturday wedding and these guys hooked me up. Great costumer service and I don’t think he even had to measure me to get me in all the right sizes. Made it a priority that things get hemmed and even went out of his way to bring it himself. Picking everything up in the afternoon from the store without a hitch. Thanks again, you guys were amazing.
