The last couple of years I’ve had a great experience at the store but that has recently changed with the new staff. They stand behind the desk and don’t offer much help and seem inconvenienced when asked a question. Mari was always friendly and super helpful with suggestions and would give honest opinions on how things looked. I will probably order online or go to another store in the future.

Absolutely amazing customer service and the staff are beyond helpful!! I will definitely be coming back for all my nursing scrub needs and anything else. Truly a gem of a local store! It made my whole day even with some laughs!

I spent 2 hours in here trying on scrubs (because I'm picky) and the ladies were so helpful the whole time. They had great suggestions and it was a wonderful experience. There was a staff member months ago I didn't find so great but she no longer works there. I'll definitely be back. Thanks so much for everything!

I went into this shop yesterday because of the great reviews I read online but was highly disappointed in the service. Maybe the staff changed? I was going to buy 2 lab coats and 2 sets of scrub tops and pants but didn’t end up buying because it seemed like the sales people just didn’t care and they seemed quite stand off ish.I was the first one to say hello and then I asked if they have any good sales. The lady was sitting at the desk and said all sales are at the back rack. Didn’t bother asking what I’m looking for or how she can help.I went to another store and the lady there showed me all the options they have for my size and explained which brands are good so I ended up buying everything there. I mean if you want people to buy your product you need to be a bit friendly and put some effort.

Excellent store! Mari is the best thing since keurig coffee. Shes so personable and friendly, she went above and beyond to help me find scrubs for my workplace. I spent more time wanting to talk to her than I did actually trying on scrubs. Thanks for the great customer service! And thank you for calling stores and tracking down specific colors for me.
