Very disappointing experience. Neither the salesperson nor Manager Amanda offered any help when I purchased a heavy ottoman. I wasn’t given a shopping cart, and no one offered to open the door as I struggled to carry it out. Basic customer service and courtesy were completely lacking. I won’t be coming back.

Ordered an item online. Two days later they had a store/online sale. My item i ordered went on sale. I emailed customer service, tried calling them and filled out the contact us form, with no response from the company. This was just over 2 weeks ago. Very poor customer service.

The website only ships items if it's in stock in the city you are in... . No customer service. Last time I checked if you order from a website you have it delivered to the city you are in or deliver to the door. Will never be ordering from here. Lost my business.

I had the pleasure of working with Soham and Ronak recently, and I must say, their professionalism and dedication truly impressed me. Soham, the manager, exudes leadership qualities that set a high standard for the team. His ability to listen attentively to my concerns and provide effective solutions made my experience seamless and enjoyable.Ronak, the associate, was equally remarkable. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my needs were met were truly commendable.

Update as of March 28:The situation has only worsened. The company's attempt to fix the problem has resulted in chaos. They re-did my order in an effort to correct the mistake, only to accidentally cancel it. Unfortunately, the new order they created does not include half of the items I originally ordered. The customer service representatives have been unhelpful and have shown no concern for the issue at hand. Moreover, I have been hung up on yet again, and I am unable to retrieve my money. I have decided that I will never buy from Bouclair again.Post from March 23:I placed an order online and paid for next-day delivery. However, it has now been over three weeks since I made the order, and I still haven't received it. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to provide me with any updates regarding my order. Additionally, I haven't received a refund for the item that was cancelled from my order. Overall, the service I received was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from their online store since you may never receive your order. Furthermore, customer service doesn't seem to know how to contact the delivery company they use. When I contacted their customer service chat, they assured me that they would investigate the matter with other departments who would be available on Monday. However, despite reaching out to them several times, I have yet to be provided with a case number or any form of assistance. They ended my chat six times without providing any resolution. This has been the worst customer service experience.

Love Bouclair. For anyone looking for style and are on a budget they are the place to shop. From furniture to blinds and coffee tables they are an affordable alternative to those guys from Sweden. Probably what I like the most is their very cost effective overnight delivery service which comes in handy when time is precious.

*update*After several phone calls with the store I STILL have not received my refund or any type of suggestion from management to rectify this. I have been waiting for a response from “upper management” for a month. Do not purchase any online items from bouclair.If I could leave zero stars I would. Amanda (manager) has offered very disappointing customer service. Ordered an item online to be shipped, pay for shipping and then get a call from the store that the website is “wrong” and the item can’t be shipped by their team. They can’t refund me for the shipping I paid for. I am told to come back the next night to pick up the item from store and that management will “definitely be there” to give me an additional discount for our trouble and refund my shipping cost. Go back the next evening to find out they close at 5. Go back again the following night and my husband comes home with no shipping refund and no additional refund as promised by Amanda (store manager). I asked several times to ensure a note was left on file for our refunds and nothing. Wondering now how we are getting our shipping cost back and the additional refund as “promised”. Have driven across the city twice now for awful service.

Great store with a lovely style. They have a great large selection in store so you dont have to wait for delivery on most items. All item are reasonable priced for what they are. Also there is always some sort of discount on, and the staff are really helpful.

Online wait times are crazy when you order from the website. I’ll stick to finding stuff on Amazon. Not just a one off, as I have made a few online orders and they all take weeks
