I had a horrible time with the customer service. The sofa that I received from the completely broke and I had gotten it under a warranty but when I asked for it to be replaced, they made me wait months, giving false hope and email exchanges only in the end to not fulfill what they had said.

This is a great place to buy furniture if you want high quality stuff in good price and specially client service. I am really overwhelmed with the staff they have. Very caring and customer focused. Sameer is the guy who knows in and out of customer handling. You will be amazed to see how well he takes responsibility of entire process and will make sure you are fully satisfied and happy. I have seen very few sales guys like him. Other folks are also very honest. They have really nice furniture and will recommend to everyone.

Had a great experience and bought a beautiful coffee table. There was a small scratch on the bottom of the table when it was taken out of the box and Ajay was very honest about it prior to delivery. He even offered a small refund and a discount on delivery. I appreciated the service and the upfront courtesy to make the whole purchase a very positive one.

We recently bought furniture from this store, and our experience was fantastic! The staff is amazing — very helpful and attentive. When we placed our order, we were initially told it would take about two weeks for delivery. However, they managed to deliver part of our order earlier and worked hard to expedite the rest.
A special shoutout to Sam (Sameer), who went above and beyond for us. He took the time to understand all our needs personally and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find such genuine customer service these days. Highly recommend this place!
