The owner took us through a selection of options and my husband, daughter and I all left with new darts!
There's tons of options in all price points and a huge selection of dart supplies and flights. They had some nice boards too. There were some expensive options but nothing seemed outrageous compared to what you'd find online. We were happy to support a local small business.
The owner let our daughter throw her first darts in the store and gave her some great pointers. He offered for us to come back for a few more pointers again another day. In a little over 24 hours, she just beat me in a game of cricket and scored her first double bullseye on her second game. I think we have a ringer on our hands.
I already wish I bought more flights! Can't wait to go back.

Pat and June are awesome! We are very lucky to have this dart store in Calgary. June is always happy to let you try any darts you like, and her expertise will guide you to your perfect darts!

By far one of the best places for darts and dart supplies! Pat and his wife help you choose the right darts and supplies with their friendly and knowledgeable service. I think it’s the only place to actually test darts. 5 out of 5 stars - I would give them 6 if it was possible.

Terrible customer service. We purchased a dsrt board less than a year ago and the metal all came out if it. We walked in the store and before we could say a word the guy there was accusing us of throwing a hatchet of it and purposely destroying it. Our last daet board er had for over 25 years. All we did was throw dasts at it. I would never spend another cent at this store again. He didn't offer any assistance. Nodor was the brand and it is not a cheap brand. We will be approaching them about the issue. Not worth speaking to anyone at this store.

My father and I went to the store today looking at getting some new flights and shafts for our darts. The gentleman and lady that were there are truly amazing! They not only are very knowledgeable, but they also are so patient and so kind. We both for sure will be back!

Went in yesterday to buy my girlfriend some darts for Valentine’s Day. Excellent service super friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience testing out and finding our perfect set of darts. Even got a mini free lesson and some tips on technique. 10/10 service! Highly recommended!!

Britcan Darts Supply has been one of my top shopping experiences ever, not just for darts, but EVER!I came looking to upgrade from cheap darts to something better, and June gave me some sets to try out and get a feel for. Not only that she coached me at the same time.Pat and June are both so lovely and I have walked away a lifelong customer. Seriously, ditch getting anything dart related from other stores or Amazon, and come to Britcan! Thanks so much June and Pat!

Not only is this store filled with great darts and supplies, the staff are INCREDIBLE! My father and I both were given opportunity to try as many different darts as needed to make an informed decision. We even had to tell the lady working there, that she is giving us too many choices ?.We both left with new darts, shafts and flights. We will be returning there the next time we are in Calgary with our wives, so they can upgrade their sets of darts.Best dart store I've been to!!
