My boyfriend and I went into the store to look for some shoes. We were interrupted approximately every 90 seconds to ask if we needed anything. We felt like the staff were being very intrusive and we were not left to have enough time to browse and talk with each other about the shopping options. It seemed excessive to an almost comical level like shopping in a Saturday night live skit. I did mention to the staff that we felt we were being interrupted every minute during our shopping experience and it seemed they were offended by our commentary. We just couldn't finish a sentence without being intruded on. I would prefer to shop online going forward than go into the store again.

The store was very clean and well stocked. The sales associate was great! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the product, and gave me the space I needed to make a decision without feeling rushed or pressured.

Awful online payment system. I tried 2 cards and it would not accept either. Then I saw one of my cards had a debit and an immediate credit back for the same amount. No word from the store. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Was just in the store for at least 10 minutes and although it was empty, the two high school boys just sat on their phones and apple watches without even acknowledging us (even though it was pretty apparent we were looking for sizes). Both boys walked past each time I saw them. Finally when we decided to leave, a woman came out and asked if we were still going okay.

Great service. Bought beautiful Pair of Timberland boots, price went down and I went back for price adjustment, and they adjusted with no problems. Lady who helped when I bought the boots was very helpful too.
