Went in to buy some shoes but will look elsewhere. The older Asian lady was really passive aggressive and rude for no reason. Tried on a shoe and I mentioned it was uncomfortable. She snootily asked if I’d ever tried that brand before. I said no and she smirked again without offering anything helpful.

Pegah was extremely helpful when I was shopping at Browns in Calgary Chinook Centre on January 11, 2024.I had bought some Blundstones online and came to pick them up. I tried them on in store and realized they weren’t what I was hoping for. Pegah showed me all the different styles, explained the difference between them and then brought out various sizes and styles for me to try, even changing the insoles for each showing me the difference that the winter ones made to the fit. They did this all while also helping another customer, smiling and patiently waiting while I made a decision. They were neither overbearing nor absent.I hope they will receive some sort of recognition because the time they took with me and the knowledge of the product they have is rare in retail these days.

I usually love the service at Browns- phoned today for my husband to get a shoe he love in another color that we had previously bought there and Lucas told me he was much to busy to look it us with out the sku- I told him the name and brand as I know there is only one of these shoes in men and he said impossible-like wth???????

Usually service at Brown’s is a hit or miss but my latest visit was a hit! I actually went in a few days earlier but they didn’t have my size in a certain shoe. They ordered 2 sizes for me and once they came in I went to try one pair on. The other had not arrived yet. The associates have been quite helpful as of late and I haven’t been disappointed. Thanks team!

One of their sales attendant looked at me from head to toe, and decided to ignore me. I'm pretty sure everyone reading this can understand what her attitude meant. I think it was because I was wearing something simple, but presentable. I hope I don't see her there everytime I go.

They have a better collection of shoes/boots. I bought a pair of UGG boots. The salesman was friendly and helpful. Also they try to sell you smart(which isn’t a complaint) They didn’t have the exact color and size which I needed, so they arranged to get delivered to my home for free. And the package came within 2 days through FedEx. The whole experience was good at Browns.

This is the first time I've been sold a display at a store. You'll see that the right shoe is more worn out than the left. It's disappointing as I paid the full price. Got these a week ago and really just noticed the difference when I've worn it.

The staff at Chinook are more knowledgeable than the staff at any other location. The customer service we received from Lucas and Emily was fantastic. They are definitely an asset to this location.
